I send one my friend a good morning greetings at 5 AM (today 5.10), I invited her to be my morning councillor for the time being the mind gets mechanised n more awared in this routine. Thanks a lot for being inspiration to many of us, long live 5 AM club.

i rarely comment on videos but this one is for you.. i have always struggled my life with waking up early and it became part of my identity as a night owl but things weren't getting the way it should have for past several years, and i was trying things but nothing was working as i expect them to, few days ago i watched your video about morning routine and i decided to give it a try and things are unexpected.. i will write to you further details but now i can tell you this has brought dynamic change in my life and its working and i am doing pretty well (earlier i never woke up before 8-9 am (as i said before but one more reason that it is much easy to wake up at 9 than at 4/30,) i divided this action in small goals which actually made everything possible, earlier i used to think of waking up early and imagine the life such and such things like waking up early morning during winters etc but i now just think of the next action i have to take...for morning my job is to wake up and waer my jogging suit and shoes.. rest happens automatically (sort of) thank you sir for all this.

I skipped this routine for many days but again I felt laziness and I thought to myself the problem is not with the routine the problem is with my execution. Since I did not executed my tasks in my professional life very well I faced setback.Later I understood it is not at all related to my morning routine. The reason why early morning selected because there is no other perfect time slot for these activities. Think yourself and think can you do it any other time and if you get any other slot try it for yourself
