    I love it when people are actually enthusiastic to talk about their motorcycles, and Srikanth's passion, his love for the bike is so evident. Way to go man! Loved the video!

    Ranjit, just a suggestion, for every review you do please include an exhaust note section in the video. Whether it's any bike or a car. Me and the rest of the audience love it.

    I have ridden my R15v3 300 kilometers away from my home and given CHSL exam and returned home on the same day. No issues. Highway speed was averaging between 100 and 110 km/hr

  • @gtsishere
    @gtsishere 2 года назад +17

    I've been driving my r15 v3 for almost a year now and done around 7000kms, never had any arm or back pain. If you are getting arm and back pain on a sport bike it means you are not sitting right. Never place all your weight on the hand instead hold the tank with your thighs and reduce the weight from your arm. About the bike: the brakes dont feel great just sub par compared to something like the Ktms, the engine is not lively below 5k rpm but wakes up after 7k rpm. Takes ages to reach its top speed. All things metal tends to rust eventually so maintenance is key. The plastic quality is disappointing but i can live with it, the bike feels more like a toy than a bike. The mileage he shows in his video is only the average, the bike gives around 16-50 kmpl depending on how hard you accelerate. 5k-6k rpm is the sweet spot for best in city mileage. 6k-7k rpm on the highway (returns around 50-60 kmpl)

      16 or 36 ?

    • @gtsishere
      @gtsishere 2 года назад +1

      @@sahanmadhawag 16 bro that's what the live fuel consumption meter showed. Depending on my driving, my avg fuel consumption meter shows 44kmpl to 49kmpl. I mostly do city riding, 40% stop and go traffic, 40% regular traffic and 20% highway rides. 49-58kmpl during highway rides(I have to reset the meter everytime to see those big no.s)

    I just find this bike very aggressive. Not being rude, but it has it's niche market, and they will be attracted to it. People who wants a long term purchase or will ride frequently, can overlook this one. I am not at all a fan of this machine.

    • @GeekyRanjitRidesVlogs

      Yes, it is and the seating posture is not for everyone as I said in the start of the video, may be young users would like it, but personally after 5 mins my back was tell me to get off.

    • @venukrithish007

      Cb350 is a much better long term keeper machine. Not that r15 is bad, it is too agressive and a little too tame

    • @ft_tharun07
      @ft_tharun07 9 месяцев назад

      @@GeekyRanjitRidesVlogs Yeah sir, we love the aggressive riding posture of the r15, which gives us a superbike feel while riding. and this is the only bike that offers the most aggressive riding posture in the segment. I think even 300 to 400cc bikes are not giving this type of riding position (like Ninja, KTM Rc, etc.)

  • @ft_tharun07
    @ft_tharun07 9 месяцев назад

    In my R15 v3 bs4 , the meter shows 49 kmpl mileage, but I'm getting 52 kmpl in the city(even after revving high rpm all the day) and 55+ kmpl on the highway(maintaining 100 to 120 speed). mileage was never a concern for me before buying the bike. but for the people who buy R15 mileage is like a bonus.

    Proud V3 owner here and I agree to 95 % of the user review and would like to add that the low end performance i.e below 4k rmp is lacking because the torque and power is made at higher Rpm which becomes hectic when riding in traffic. It becomes more evident with a pillon and the riding position is just painful. The build quality of fuel tank is also average at best
    But other than that its a brilliant bike ✌️

    • @divyeshpatel1539
      @divyeshpatel1539 2 года назад

      Riding position isn't painful at all atleast the way I drive tbh. Have done 250kms long trip on my V3 apart from minor wrist pain never felt back pain at all. Agree with the initial punch. It's much better at the top end.

    Yamaha is one company that is always interesting, they have introduced the Aerox 155 with an engine derived from the R15, and in general they target the younger riders, which is good.
    Also .. I had major mirror issues with my bike as well (RE Continental Gt 535), it got solved with bar end ones but it took me a long time to get used to those !.

    Dominar 400 is actually better than this in terms of speed and maintenance. Because it also costs above 2 lakh rupees on-road and Dominar 400 on-road costs exactly 2.5 Lakh here in Uttar Pradesh. Hence by adding a few thousand more I believe Dominar 400 is a better option.
