Hello sir, as an ultrasound student I find your videos very helpful to simplify the lectures I have in class, I do wish however with the pathologies that you wonderfully explain, maybe add possible symptoms of that pathology or common patient history to learn to differentiate because some of them have the same sonographic features and can’t tell which is which when giving a diagnosis :)
Thank you for watching and for your suggestion! You can watch the video regarding reporting which includes some patient history and symptoms. However, I will cover more about it in the future. Thanks again!

Sir mary scrotom k andar calsium Bening ha 2 3 ml k ky karu
Dr. Sam. I have had a enlarged left testi for 2 months, I have gotten an ultrasound and now they wanna do a CT scan. Urologist has read my report but he recommends a biopsy, and says that if they see malignant cells then they gonna cut my family jewels the on the same day while I'm under sedation, and said theres no other options for treatment. Is cutting them out the only option I have? I asked about prosthetic scrotum and he said they dont do it or know were to even get it done and does not recommend cause their too much trouble.
I'm sorry to hear about your health concerns. In cases of suspected testicular cancer, the standard approach often involves removal of the affected testis. A biopsy can sometimes be used to diagnose testicular cancer, but there is a risk of spreading cancer cells during the biopsy. Therefore, an orchiectomy (removal of testis) is often preferred as it allows for the removal of the entire tumor, which can then be examined to confirm the diagnosis. This surgery is often very effective, especially if the cancer is detected early. Regarding prosthetic implants, not all surgeons perform this procedure and advise against it due to potential complications.
@@DrSamsImagingLibrary Thank you for your time and reply. I think I should seek out a 2nd opinion with my ultrasound and CT scan. I disagree with the idea of going for an biopsy and not knowing if I'm losing a testi before waking up and not having a choice before the procedure.
Most Welcome! Yes, you can seek a second opinion

Sir kindly can you guide me that if we find only 2 dilated veins of pampiniform about 5 mm, can we diagnose it as varicocele?
Finding only two dilated veins of about 5 mm might suggest the presence of a varicocele, especially if these veins increase in size or demonstrate reflux during a Valsalva maneuver.
Sir pls Doppler video created basics
Yes, more doppler videos will be uploaded in the future. Thanks for watching!
Sir I need help
Hello Dr,sam..
What if theres a cancer mass found on testicle ..is there also abnormalities of vascularity seen on epididymis.??
Hello! It depends on the location of the mass. There is increased vascularity seen on doppler.
@@DrSamsImagingLibrary is adenomatoid tumor cancerous.??
Is there possible it can grow on tail epididymis inside ,?
Adenomatoid tumors are benign and can be detected on ultrasound. Usually they are found on the head of epididymis.
@@DrSamsImagingLibrary
Can the light pass through if we do the light test on adenoma tumor doc?
Can it affect on fertility?
Is there a possible of it from benign to malignant ?
Hoping for answers doc.,
Thankyou
@@noman2008 Your Physician can tell you about the light test. Regarding fertility, its effect depends on the size of the lump and its nature. Adenomatoid tumors don't really become malignant.
my kid was diagnose with undecended testicle
not visible with Ultrasound
wich one is better for next MRI or CT scan?
please help me
Hello. An MRI would be better. Please do not get a CT scan for this as it consists of high dose radiation. A CT scan is only done for potentially serious/life threatening cases. Thank you
Sir how can we differentiate between focal orchitis and seminoma .....plzz help
It can be challenging to differentiate between focal orchitis and seminoma on ultrasound, so clinical correlation is important. Focal Orchitis is often associated with symptoms of infection or inflammation, such as pain, fever, and a history of recent infection. A Seminoma may present as a painless enlargement of the testicle, often without systemic symptoms.
Sir hernia video please
Yes, thank you for your suggestion. It will be uploaded in the future.
Hey doctor i born with two testicles but in age of 10 both my testicles swelling.after some days the swelling disappeared but i came to realize i have only one testes
Please consult with a Urologist in your area.
Pls, sir i need the pdf or ppt of these lecture
Thank you for watching! I will work on the ppt/pdf files and share
@@DrSamsImagingLibrary Thank u sir
Hello sir, i did urine test, blood test, and ultrasound for scrotum and abdomen, nothing found but only 2 small stones found on my both kidenies, but i feel pain sometimes in my right upper testical 😢 am so worried the urologist saif there's nothing abnormalities in it
If your urologist said there is no issue in the scrotum, the pain could be due the kidney stones
sir aapse ek baat puchni he matlab mene 2 month pahle testis ka ultrasound karaya jisme sab normal he par abhi muje right testis me bharipan lagta aur feel kam ho raha he aur niche gath jaisa lag raha he kya muje cancer he kyo ki ultrasound me dono testis ka size normal tha please reply😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Hello, kindly check up with a Urologist and repeat the ultrasound if needed.
Thk ho geya baripan
Doctor, one part of my body of epididymis is caught by frem. It doesn't hurt when I touch other parts of epididymis, but when I touch it, it hurts a little. I'm afraid it's adenomatous tumor Is it one?.
Did you check up with a Urologist?
@@DrSamsImagingLibrary Yes, I did an ultra sound scan but it said everything was normal, but one place in my epidydimis is very hard, can this be normal?
@@franklinlasan6005 If your ultrasound is normal, then nothing to worry about. You can also get a clinical check up with a urologist.
@@DrSamsImagingLibraryI am afraid that the ultrasound may not have caught it because it is small. What is it? Is it an adenomatoid tumor?
I cannot accurately comment on it from here, but if there was a tumor it would have been detected on ultrasound. You can consult again with a Urologist regarding your issue.
Hi Doc..
Can i ask a question if its okay.??
Is it normal the tail epididymis to feel like a circle .?or just like a smaller pea size form ,smooth and firm/hard.
I am so confused if it is a lump or if its just a normal .?
I am hoping for response.
Thankyou.
I have done scrotal ultrasound and the results are unremarkable no abnormalities .
The only thing i was confuse is my epididymis the tail part .
I am hoping for the information what was the structure or how does it feel the tail epididymis..
I hope u can notice my comment doc.
Hello. Good day.
How long has it been since you noticed it? And also do you feel any pain or tenderness in that area? Do you regularly ride a bicycle or do such physical activity?
@@DrSamsImagingLibrary
Hi Doc thankyou for response
I started notice this on july10 ..when i watch the testicular self examination.then.after i do the TSE.i feel it on the epididymis that feeling lump i mentioned .
@@DrSamsImagingLibrary i didn't feel any pain...i have anxiety since i found out this Doc.ihope this is not a tumor...then time to time i check it.and sometimes i press it😑..maybe the cause of pain bcuz i press it the epididmys .
