The Day After Tomorrow is a frightening movie which hits you about climate change on a grand scale. It's akin to a lot of other big blockbuster movies on climate change, sure, but this one has Jake Gyllenhaal as a young adolescent! I am such a fan. I would say that what I love about this film is Jake's youthful way of reaching out to people, guiding them in his best way, and you can see in a way becoming the man he always was meant to be. He is a youthful inspiration to many even in the movie to follow the right path, to do the right thing. And to stay together! I think that the youth of America or as Jake says many countries today have something to say about Global Warming, about how climate has changed giving birth to Natural Disasters like earthquakes, fires, and tsunamis, and how the Environment must be saved. I can only hope that Jake Gyllenhaal in movies like The Day After Tomorrow continues to inspire people to recycle, to do what they can to reduce pollution, and to live in a sustainable way to this Earth.
