This is the first tiny home I could actually see myself living in, it's the best design I have seen yet, and makes the most sense. I love how open and clean it feels, all the storage, the large kitchen, the stairs, the fact that the bathroom is upstairs, and that you can actually walk in the loft. Awesome job on this! 🙂

It's all about storage and this place has it. And no crawling on your hands and knees to get to the bed. Plus the upstairs bathroom perfectly located.

This is the first time I have seen such a nice set of stairs..they are usually very narrow and steep..love this one

Narrow and steep can be hard on knees and ankles, plus falling down them is a nightmare. I grew up in a small house with such a staircase. It made casualties of all of us. My mom even fell down while holding me! Thanks mom for holding me tight. She took all the bruises. Of course it could be made much safer by adding some padding to each step.
THIS ... this is the best design that I've seen in a long while for a tiny home. The problem with most that have a "loft bedroom" is that you can't stand upright in them. This one is perfect. It's also very lovely. I could easily live in this one.

Yes cant usually stand and usually are completely open. This one actually had a door to feel like an actual bedroom. Great for company downstairs if you get a pull out sofa bed

Love this new house design outer space with the little step stones to tiptoe over them on a playful day 🤭🥰😊 and the little plants outside... very nature inspired indeed!
The interior remains faithful to your own personal signature.... spacious, clean, neutral and airy... flaws beautifully as you walk in such welcoming space. I love how you have incorporated new textures and colour contrast whilst mantaining that nature inspired atmosphere... i refer to the little dark side table at the entrance which i originally thought to be a rattan table but seems more dark wood AND also the dark shade low tv unit... kind and warm to the eyes whilst giving that pop of colour!! 🥰
Lots of natural light I LOVE love that... neutral details like curtains and prints with a soft earthy touch... indoor plants make it so cosy.... dining area 3 chairs we can invite someone for a meal yaaaayyy ☺🤭 and have that chit chat or deep conversations catch up through a meal 🥰 i can visualize that!
I always love a window by the sink... makes the washing more appealing 😄 and I find it pretty that you added a touch of colour where the shelves are in the kitchen it looks like an oak wood colour or mustard??? gorgeous either way!! A kitchen fume extractor 🤩🥰 that is a gift for those who love cooking without leaving the smell in curtains and other upholstery. Nice Rassel!!! 😎

Shower toilet are fab with window too... the bedroom space, wardrobe and prints incorporated on the wall with top cupboards... so cleverly designed to be clutter free, a sanctuary to rest peacefully. Hi I am from the Caribbean and I am into Tiny House designs and do really love and highly appreciate the design plans that you show-case here on your channel.
The inside of this Tiny House is superb but as a person who's from a storm and hurricane prone region ( and as you are also from a typhoon prone region) I was very much concern about the roof design and whether this is going to hold well to the brute force of very strong winds.
I always think of building tiny but building strong, and be able to survive through powerful storms. I hope that you do keep those things in mind when you are designing.
Are your plans for wooden built or for concrete built?
Hello there! Thank you for sharing your thoughts. My designs are intended for concrete structures. The strength of the building depends on the design of the structural engineer and the workmanship of the contractor. Architects make sure that these two professionals do their job for a functional and safe structure.

Pat-Pat check out Cal-Earth - they teach how to build sandbag dome homes and they are super resilient in strong weather!
Gone are the days when small structures dont need an engineer. Architects themselves used to make sure simple structures are strong. It was more cost efficient then.

Finally! Lots of steps, lots of drawers and places to sit on them and a bathroom upstairs for us older folks who have to get up every three hours to pee.! I love it. I would have different finishes but the stairs and loft are wonderful

Agreed. I’m not climbing up and down a ladder 2-3 x per night and for sure my husb isn’t. 😂 Plus a loft bedroom you can stand in with a door for privacy. We’d only need a bit more space for a bigger bed and WD inside.

The large kitchen was a surprise in such a small space. Yet neither the living room nor bedroom space was compromised. I'm not sure it was mine, but am glad that you are using my suggestion of a sliding door for the washroom, instead of a door that opens. Really saves space. I particularly liked the design of the roof in this house. It's quite unique. The house will surely stand out.

Such a very interesting idea again; this beautiful tiny house in your own personal style. Now there's the possibility of a large kitchen, because the bathroom is upstairs.
There's enough space for a comfortable coach to watch television. I like that a lot!
Plenty of closet space in the bedroom and also the stair. Perhaps also a glass showerscreen in the bathroom?
Not specific a need for an extra workplace, because you can put your laptop on the dinner table.
The storage room under the staircase is a great place where you can put your summer, winter jackets and shoes.
Overall a very lovely tiny house with wonderful details and even having your own laundry service 😉.

Better upstairs for the toilet. As downstairs there is no real separate space for it. Meaning that the toilet would be or close to kitchen or living area. I don't know about you. But I don't feel comfortable to go for 2 and hear and smellodour when you leave the toilet space and can smell in the kitchen or living room where other people may be sitting. Further away from those 2 spaces is best and more toilet privacy 😁 and in cold places laundry could be in kitchen or the utility room under the stairs or bathroom if there is space

Very spacious with a great use of space. 2 bathrooms is very luxurious for the class of home. Also, most “tiny homes” are on trailer bases for relocation. This is a permanent foundation model, which is fine, but breaks out of the “tiny” designation by some measures.

I agree with all the comments praising this floorplan and design. It is extremely well thought out. And like others it’s the first tiny house that I would consider a real home. I would only need to alter the location of the washer/dryer.

Excellent design! I love the super large kitchen! Room for one more chair in the living? The bed is preferred to have walk around and two bedside cabinets but I cannot fault the design! Love how you have use of cupboards on the inclining roof in the bedroom.

That lamp was just perfect, it drew the eye's up and allowed you to capitalize on the high ceilings and wonderful art pieces throughout.
I love when a model includes art. It makes it totally feel like your in the house instead of viewing it in 3D.
I particularly liked the floating shelves throughout and the beautiful way you snuck in the cabinet's in the room.
Not only useful, but great use of space. I could totally imagine myself living in this beauty.
