In the UK if a known kicker doesn't wear a Red warning ribbon & hurts a horse the rider is liable 😳

I wouldn’t go close behind any horse I didn’t know because all horses are capable of kicking, it’s an integral
    part of their language.

What the hell is wrong with people dosnt matter if its a mare or gelding if its a kicker make it known. What's happened to riding etiquette. Whats wrong with people getting in single file as a horse passes. Rant over well done Tara.

Riders like that infuriate me! They are usually young girls who are ill prepared for the horse they have. Mare or gelding, or indeed stallion....makes no difference, if it kicks wear a ribbon and keep yourself away from other participants.

No, horses bucking and kicking shows either a sign of discomfort and can also be used as a warning before damage is done, horses use it as a defence mechanism as well. It is built in it and it is cruel to train them to not do something that nature has taught them to do
