Hey Ronnie,I'm very surprised with the low quality of Drumkit and cymbals you use on this tour. Is there a reason for that? Will you be getting rid of it (selling it) once the tour has ended? I thought you might have brought your own cymbals from home but it looks like the cymbals you are using were also bought at the same time the drums were. No judgement intended, just very surprised and curious. Enjoy the tour.
For multiple reasons, I like those cheaper cymbals...I'm a believer that it doesn't matter (to a certain extent) how high quality your gear is... It's more about what you do with it. Not sure what the plan is with the kit after, it'll either get sold or put into storage for next time. Hiring kits every gig adds up so it's handy to have one to use while over here...
Oh yeah, and I left my cymbals at home because it's less to carry on the plane flights. Just brought my kick pedal, a cow bell and sticks
