Pro tip: Use the shortcuts because I've saved a countless amount of hours because of that
What shortcuts
Copy pasting, selecting all, accessing all of the tools with simple shortcuts etc. I believe you can see what the shortcut is when you hover over certain things with you mouse.
fr shortcuts turn my beats from 45 minute beats to 10 minute beats

When I started using patterns for the first time (for years I avoided it but I finally learned) I was combining two or more instruments for the drum sounds. Now I'm realizing it might be better to create a pattern for each drum instrument just so I have better control over what comes in and out of the song.

I read a bunch of stuff saying that FL Studio is intuitive for beginners and I watched a couple tutorials and ended up stress-crying because it definitely wasn't intuitive. Then I watched this and it gave me hope to try again because this actually made sense. Thank youuuuu!

This video helped me a lot. i'm starting out and bought a small midi keyboard for like 50 bucks. I can play guitar and piano but making a whole song on FL has been pretty challenging from a software standpoint. would love to see more like this.

Being a mashupper is less headache and you can get free instrumentals and acapellas and create new song perspectives instead of losing many more hours creating music(except when you get 1+30 combo that you develop for days)
This tutorial really helped, the song at 32:19 was amazing, and that wholesome smile.

Great tutorial! Well explained. However, what keeps me from moving to this DAW is that pattern system and all that switching back and forth between modes, whereas in another DAW, you just select a track and record edit etc..Is there a mode where you can simply record in one arranger mode like a regular DAW like Cubase, Logic for e.g? without you having to refer to that little congested pattern grid that houses the kick,snare etc? Great sounding instruments, but that FL workflow is just kinda odd to me!

Hey it was great, really, to get started, but do you have any videos on effects? How to use them or which ones are more used? To create pitch drops in a recorded guitar for example, or leave just the bass tone and gradually go back to normal, etc? It would be really helpfull if you could make a video on that, most used effects like those.
Great video and I hope you make more, I used some DAW like cubase, audition, pro tools.. But this one I find hard to make music, so thank you for this one.
