A great combo of gloss...and protection!
Yes indeed! Alot of the new cars are going with wild tints in the paint also... makes it more enjoyable to look at when we get done with them!
Looks great! Any idea on durability?
Not to mention Xtreme Solutions has some great pricing, truly winning combination.
That's my black truck! Love that combo!
Looks amazing! Wish I could see it in person, to see the true shine and gloss. Great video once again!
14 dislikes?? What is there to dislike about this content and the results??? Brian is the best and we are so fortunate to have honesty and his time that he shares. Thank You Apex, you are my first to watch everyday 👍👍👍🥳🤩
Those 14 people only disliked it because they are pilots… They are used to things being inverted so the thumbs down is actually thumbs up lol.
That’s the real world for you buddy..
I appreciate that your opinions aren't biased. We all benefit from it. Many Thanks!
Indoor detailing always enhances the camera magic.
Indoor detailing is the perfect world. The moment the car is outdoors reality kicks in.
Still looks great outdoors
Apex is my go to on detailing reviews on products and testing . Thank you for all your hard work Brain . As a small time Detailer myself I know my work is top notch based on your videos and product knowledge.
I've been using this combo over the last 6 months along with Helios, and wow. Poly Seal looks like it lasts between 3-6 months. Just for funny I added a layer of Topper on top of poly seal to see how that goes. Good video.
Gotta love Xtreme Solutions and their incredible customer service. Especially Aaron, really goes out of the way for us.
looking good, super clear and glossy!
The 403 has literally been my favorite product since I’ve started learning to take care of my own car. I don’t have poly seal yet cause I’ve just used ceramic coatings on top of it so far
This looks beyond fantastic!!!
What a killer combo. U knocked it out of the park Brian.
That looks so awesome, in my world I call you the Joe Satriani of detailing. You are a master of the craft.
You're not kidding about a little going a long way. Its very impressive. This actually looks like the best product, pertaining to ease of use, that I've seen on your channel. Hey this is cool. Thanks for the tip. And great video by the way.
Those first person views are a game changer. That's exactly the dimension of view that I personally appreciate the most. Time for a body cam option for a different angle!
Well crap. I just knew the gloss meter was coming out at the end. That was like waiting all night for Christmas morning only to find out they rescheduled Christmas.
Always knew that those new camrys would look good after a proper detail and proper layer of protection on top
The 403 glaze seems to look almost identical to the old school 3M foam pad polishing glaze. Easiest working and removal I've ever experienced. Definitely getting some 403! Thanks, Brian! 👍👌✌
Keith Olsen it does , that 3M swirl mark remover as well.
No comparison
@@tylerlarson373 really? In what way? They obviously work very similar. You're saying the 403 produces better results? I don't have a lot of experience with the 3M glaze, it was kind of before my time, so I can't really speak to it's performance. But I've played with it a bit and it's clarity while working and effortless removal was what stuck with me about it. Excited to break out the 403 soon, haven't needed it yet.
👍👌✌
@@jdisdetermined I use the 3m 2nd step glaze everyday at work (work in a body shop) and the 403 is just by far the easiest product I've removed from a panel. And it's filling capability is insane
wi_vq _ipl would you give it 24-48 hours to cure before putting the Poly-Seal on, or could you put the Poly-Seal on within an hour of polishing like some others have mentioned? Your thoughts? Thx
Man, that is so nice, Brian! As often as I'm washing/maintaining my car, this would be perfectly sufficient for my needs. And that gloss!!!
Love the red paint. As usual you make it redder and glossier.
Looks like the Best of the Best ! Why no Gloss meter reading to prove It !!!?
That is what we have eye balls for.🙂
@@apexdetail85 well I bet that combination will produce your highest gloss meter readings ever why not show them come on we want to see
@@apexdetail85 But our eyeballs aren't as sensitive to minute differences in gloss as a meter is.
Just when i have converted to angel wax and tacsystem moonlight!!! Can’t catch up. My wife’s banning me from your channel😳🤪
Same here Jeff. No but it’s ok to have 30 types of nail polish and lipstick but if we have more than one wax polish combo all hell breaks loose
Just find something that works for you ...and stick with it.🙂
you too huh?
@@myronromero7071 not too mention the racks of shoes.
Apex Detail my dining glass table has checkered pattern from all my different waxes sealants snd coatings!!
So much left over spray waxes which i use for bathtubs, basins, taps, countertops 😂
I agree it’s an outstanding combination 💎The shine is like the car is ceramic coated ✊
Beautiful color and that gloss is something else. Fantastic work Brian.
is that liquid sealant provide enough protection over the glaze for rain and weather conditions? or do you need a wax/sealant and then the poly?
Looks just like one of my Klasse details. South Florida is a tough (salt air) environment for most sealants except for the acrylic type sealants. This sealant's application will allow me to work in the hot sun (hot hood) unlike Klasse. With all the benefits of using acrylic. Awesome
Outstanding results with minimal effort! Thx for sharing
Wow. That gloss is unbelievable
I just tried TLC2 and topped it of with The Beadmaker. Got a very wet and slik look. I'm happy with the result. This seems extremely good aswell.
Wow! That’s one of the best combos I’ve ever seen. How long should one expect this to last? Garaged/Outdoors?
Outstanding Brian it looks wet lk water lovely job
we do!!!! also cant wait for part 3 of the year end awards!
Looks great. Like the different camera point of views as well!
You always out perform . Nice job !
Hot damn Brian! Those two products together are "Money" and so easy to apply! I think I'm going to use this combo starting in a couple of months and on through summer! I'm looking to keep the price of me details down and this will be perfect with the great gloss and protection for the small amount of product that it takes! I've been on a hiatus for about 3-4 months! Just had lots of other stuff going on that took priority over detailing! Hope you and your son and family are all doing great buddy! Take care! :-)
Mac Baker
Brian awesome job looks great as always great tutorials for new comers and mobile detailers great work as always be safe god bless William from extreme optimum auto detailing pr
You always seem to know exactly what pad goes with which products! That in itself is skill. It was always a sticking point with me. Unless I knew for sure what make of vehicle had thin or thicker clearcoat. Japanese versus German for example. 👌🏴
I was just telling the guys at Xtreme about applying with a wax applicator , I didn’t think of the damp microfiber though. Car came out awesome.
The damp microfiber makes it even easier to apply.🙂
Looking forward to giving trying these 2 in the spring.
Brian, did I miss the gloss meter readings???
BTW, it looks great!
No time...waiting customer.
What were the gloss readings?
Apex Detail huh? Gloss reading literally takes seconds. Lol
I'm loving the Poly Seal also! I'm going to try that combo now! Also, what are those grey towels I see you use all the time?
I asked him the same question a few months back in his Top coat 2.0 video. Here's the link he put in his reply to me! www.ardexautomotiveandmarine.com/products/microfiber-towel Also, thanks for the satisfying videos! Glad to see we are mutual fans of Brian @ Apex detail! He's the man. EDIT: Apparently my link didn't work, but they are on the ardex automotive and marine website.
hello
Skye Richey bad link no page found
@@davedave2941 Well, thats a bummer. Ardex automotive online is where you can find them.
They are basic low nap towels. My particular bundles come from Ardex Labs.
Really nice looking and seems incredibly easy! My kinda mix! Thanks Brian!
Super nice extreme shine
Thanks Brian, nice gloss I'm liking that color too👍
This is my go to method for used cars.
Would love to see a test panel half this system and half your choice of ceramic coating
Can’t wait to see what the master has cooked up for us today. Do you think you could do a consumer ceramic coating shootout? Especially the new DPC shield pro vs carpro lite
Sounds like a good idea.
I will try this combo for sure
Fantastic Brian,just fantastic.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Fantastic results. Great red.
Well damn. I thought power lock and collinite was the best. I’m gonna go broke watching you buddy. Awesome looking products. Great video
Fantastic look
Awesome.....like You said..looks Fantastic..... but with such a long cure time....i wonder how durable it will be? 6 -8 months real life? more??
Did you ever do a LVR 357 "showcase" video?
Holy Molly Batman!! My red caddy wants this bad.
Wow!!! Absolutely amazing. Man that’s slick, even for Toyota paint!!!!
Looks fantabulous!
Great job as always 👍🏼
Great video Brian , let me understand ,after you apply the LVR 403 ,you let it cure 48 hours before applying the poly seal .
Greg Fisher yes , 403 needs at least 24-48 hours to cure.
Amir Abdullah in two days of curing some cars could have dust on them, so just wash and apply the Poly Seal while still wet, use it as a drying agent then? Thx
Tundra Whisperer you could I’d just watch Brian’s video again for the PolySeal install to be certain
Amir Abdullah I actually contacted Xtreme Solutions about this and Aaron said you can apply the Poly-Seal an hour after you finished with the 403. What a great combination!
Tundra Whisperer Yeah the guys at Xtreme are a good bunch of folks. I’d do more but it’s raining 🌧 out here now.
A great combo is Turtle Wax polish and wax topped with fusso coat super splash/water block formula, gives outstanding slickness and high gloss for maintaining car using a touch less method!!!!!!
The secret lays in the correction however those products are awesome. My question is what trim products are you using, including tire dressing. I’ve never seen black headlight trim look so glossy. Job well done.
That is a factory glazed bezel.
Apex Detail great contrast.
I like 403 after seeing many of your videos and the rep from Xtreme Solutions. My gripe is there are no clear instructions on the bottle firstly and also to have to wait 24 hours before topping with a sealer like Cquartz or even 357 is kind of a bummer to do a polish and seal for a customer that slows up your process. I like using Menzerma 4500 and the Poly/357 as that looks great and can be done in a day. Great channel and looking forward to more content and combing through your archives.
Apex detail how well does the LVR403 work on white cars....
Annnnnnd they're sold out. Brian your reviews are awesome man. Can we see the Poly Seal up against Adam's H20 Guard & Gloss since they seem very similar and require the exact application process? 👍
I think I have some somewhere...good idea.👍
I would like to see customer reactions to the details you do
That looks so glossy. Nice work
Looks great. Perfect combo.
Wow that looks great ... what kind of durability Brian ... and once again Thanks
On a daily driver and no garage at night how long that product (poly seal) will protect this car. I live in Montreal and we have winter not as cold as other place but we have snow and salt on our road. Also I realy like that video, your way of working is very interesting and make life more easyer.
I freakin' love it! Soo got to get my hands on that stuff. Always looks Soo good, and ease of application, how could you go wrong?
Hi Brian, looks great! May I ask if you put 2 coats ? As when you do torture tests on test panels you always put two coats... thanks!
What is the gloss meter reading? How durable is this combination? Thanks 🙏🏽!
Holy Business it does well in the snow so far for me.
I will update when car comes back.
Wow. Gorgeous. What were the gloss readings?
How much do you charge for this service?Car looked awesome
Brian, where did you get that microfiber applicator? Thanks for your time!
Holy gloss Batman!🦇
Simply amazing Bryan 👍
You know I’ve watched this video countless times for little gems here and there. I’m wondering would it been easier to use a 3” polisher on the lower portions of the door ? I mean for just maneuvering the polisher and keeping a polishing pad flat vs a 15 mm throw ?
How long is the protection. Can this be used outside? How’s the slickness? Do you have to keep wetting the applicator pad and towel?
Another great combo by the looks of it. How would you say it compares to IGL F4 + IGL Premier?
Graphene has a lot of gloss peroid with out having to do two different caps over it
I’m going to purchase this combo. Question though. Can polyseal be applied right after the 403 or does the cure time still apply? Thanks, Brian!
I too really want more clarification on this. After using the 403 how long "should" I wait before applying the Poly seal? Thanks in advance 👍👍
Wow! That’s a amazing combo right there! Awesome job/ results! How much is it?
Can you apply this over a ceramic coating?
hi super nice video hey what is this shine for tire?
Great video! I have some very light swirl marks I want to get rid of. Can you recommend a polishing pad to use with LVR 403?
Hi Brian!
Interesting... so we are putting an acrylic glaze/polisher and then topping it with a polymer sealant. I have a bunch of questions since this really caught my attention. For some reason I am a bit scared of ceramic (not sure why), so I really like this combo:
Few questions, mostly since I have 2 cars:
+ BMW X3: This one is already coated with 2 layers of Klasse High Gloss Sealant. Therefore,
- Can I throw in a coat of Poly-seal on top?
- If Poly-seal is added on top, what do you recommend as a drying aid?
+ Honda Civic:
- Instead of LVR, can I apply a coat of the Klasse All-In-One and then apply poly-seal?
+ Method and alternatives:
- What pad did you use to apply the LVR? Would a Microfiber finished pad do?
- Would this route work (products I have) after a full strip and starting again on the BMW X3:
Meguiars D302 with a MF finishing pad to polish (machine) ->
KLASSE All In One to clean out the haze and lay down the acrylic (by hand) ->
Poly- seal to get the gloss and protection (by hand).
- Finally, does acrylic stick on top of poly-seal? I.e. If wanted to top my car with another coat of acrylic after the poly-seal.
I know it is a lot of questions, but if you get to them you will be my hero.
Best, Sandro
Bonus question, if you are feeling generous, is poly-seal strictly for exterior use? I.e. can I use it on interior trim, leather seats, etc.
How long the protection ???
Great technique thank you
I will update when car comes back for maintenance.
Looks amazing!
Absolutely stunning. What's the lifespan of the protection? 1 year?
I doubt it, I will update when it comes back for maintenance
Ok. So my question is. When a car come in to your shop, and it looks good with minor swirlmarks and some keep scratches. But not to deep the go tru the paint. Just the clear. Do you remove them all the way or do you leave does scratches.
It looks amazing. How long does the protection typically last?
What is the difference between polymer sealants vs si02 is one more durable than the other or is that subjective?
Can you apply a Ceramic over them ?? Thanks for your time
Hey friend how do you like that Da polisher, is it good for 1 step polishing ?
What is the least amount of curing time I needed before applying the spray selant?
Looks amazing. Did you get a chance to measure its gloss rating?
Customer was waiting. Not this time.
Hey Brian you do apply this differently I see. So the panel never gets dampened first such as the direction say? And as far as when to apply, you let the 403 cure for 24-48 before applying the Poly-Seal. Xtreme Solutions mentioned I could apply the Poly-Seal within one hour after polishing with the 403. They just said not to use any detergent within the first 48 hours of polishing. Do you have another point of view on this? Thank you so much!
Awesome job
Brian, the cleaner polish, glaze, could this product be used on headlights, taillights, side markers and or glass and mirrors.
Yes.
Wherecan I purchase these two products?
Does koch chemie H9.01 and M3.02 will give the same result? or it will be overkill to do Koch Chemie then followup with this Combo?
So after 24 hours I can add any ceramic coating on top?
