Paul's dream was to have 10 movies but he passed before that happened and in an interview vin said he will make Paul's dream a reality
Man I support that ❤️ was 12 when the first one came out and the first two are still my favourites, but I'm glad they kept going
That is the 1# reason why Vin is willing to make more movies. If it weren't for Paul, he probably would have finished it in the 5th movie. Frankly, im not a huge F&F fan like I used to be but even then im still willing to go and watch the movies for the sake of Paul Walker and finally get a closure on the story. I adore what Vin Diesel is doing truly but the past few movies are getting way more ridiculous more than I can appreciate them.

People need to realize something really important about the franchise, the only reason why they allow themselves to go this low is because A) Paul wanted to make 10 movies and B) it has the F&F name to it. Not even the most budget in the world could make a movie to be great if it doesn't have a name in Hollywood. The reason why the F&F franchise was so good at the beginning was because it used to be so simple in terms of plot and everything. An undercover cop trying to stop illegal racing and drug scenes, a teenager moving from the US to Japan because he is a troublemaker and becomes the greatest drifter there... Thats what made the movies so great, their underdog plots. The only thing that keeps the franchise going is because they have fanbase built around the name, nothing more than that. They can't turn such a simple story into a Marvel/DC films and think people will still love them. I feel bad to say it but I still watch the movies with friends at cinemas, but they are nothing more than another generic action movies at this point for me.
I stopped watching movies and television for many years but when this movie trailer comes I watch it with great interest. I don't see anything wrong with it.❤

This will still make money at box office like all others. But the moment it was announced Justin Lin walked away halfway into making it was worse thing to happen. Everyone knows Vin Disel owns rights to it & feels he can do anything. But Lin is good director and the reason this franchise made a comeback with 4th movie in first place.
And he brought Han over from his own film Better Luck Tomorrow.
@@One21Jiggawatts Yea & Justin Lin has said that’s Han’s character ( Sung Kang) was same guy from that movie that moved on to met Dom; give little leeway to truly be the case, to become “ Family “ ( it a theme of the movie in case you never heard them say it 😂😂😂! Only way that’s possible is to never watched any of films or seen any trailers for any of movies).
Can’t just be me who finds is weird Mia would be involved when you’d think that her and Brian would be in the sunset enjoying parenting life…. 🤦♂️

I think it’s very true Paul wanted it to go on for a while. I honestly don’t think we’ll see Brian’s character really, maybe just a car that we can assume is him driving but no lines or anything I’d guess
@@aaronmercier951 Well, they could make it happen if they did put the work into it, the last Linkin Park song, had vocals done by Chester, and as we all know he died, and with some post filming edition, they could make Paul appear a few scenes, we'll see, i just want them to finish the story in a good way and not make it so the last films are bad, and make it so we just remember it with bad taste because of that.
@@Acuas CGI nowadays can make that happen. It won't be easy for them to edit but they can make it happen. And I agree about how they should finish the franchise in a nice way rather than a crazy way. The last few movies did gave me a bad taste but I want them to finish this properly. Give us the proper racing movies we were here for and we can finish it at that.

I starting to think this whole F&F would have never got past part 3 without Paul. Vin has for the last decade just sweated over paul like an ex girlfriend he couldn't keep. I mean NO disrespect to Paul he was a great actor and did AMAZING for this and that trucker movie he did was amazing.
But this is going to far and it grasping at broken straws at this point.
The whole F&F is all over the place on plots , i used to watch it for the cars and the man type of ego, it was fun
But now its these fools flying to space, crying about family, Vin up at night with chick music crying over paul..its just getting sad...
100% True. With all fairness, im not even sure if Paul was still alive he would want the movies to be like that. I know he wanted to make 10 movies but im not sure with this kind of plot holes, crazy ape-shit stunts and Dominic always crying about family. The one thing Vin needs to make, is slow the pace down and bring it quite literally back to earth. It will be the best closure to the franchise that all of us can appreciate and I think it will be the most respectful for Paul as well. 2F2F is still one of the best in franchise if not the best for how freaking simple it was. They should have ended it in Fast Five and maybe even start a spin-off franchise based on the characters, I wouldn't mind watching those.
and it shouldn't have got past 3, each one just gets worse

Really? So what is the last movie you produced? OR have you critiqued professionally any movies? The Fate of the Furious made a huge $226 million in the domestic box office - which pales in comparison to its staggering $1.24 billion worldwide gross. This will be no different. Don't be a goofball. It comes down to dollars and cents. When you make THAT kinda movie then what the detractors (who don't like the series but all down in the comments) can't be taken seriously

The Rock has stated many times he won’t return, but there is minor storyline points that he’d could tie up in final movie.
Maybe Vin & Rock continue public beef just to surprise everyone? Or maybe not!

I urge the film cast to show some respect to the late past Paul wallker and not to bring him back in the movie as its inappropriate and instead of that cast Cody Walker as a full time replacement for that.....as Cody Walker is also a good actor and will do justice for the character brian
For all the people saying not to bring Paul’s character back in the movie.. just shut up lol. They had his 2 brothers to complete fast 7 and they absolutely did amazing. I’m sure Paul was very proud of them and I’m sure he would want them to help complete the Fast saga by playing as him. We’re all just tryna honour him and how he made us fans very happy with his performance. I don’t understand what’s wrong if they brought his character back into the action and have his brothers play as him, what’s the issue with that? We can’t just end the saga without his character.
If you go back and watch FF7, I think damn near 40% of his scenes were his brothers cgi'd in, I just watched it at home for the first time since seeing it in theaters. And its really obvious, so many scenes where he doesnt talk, or hes in the back of the scene.
@@voxtek well yeah it was obvious, and sure there were some scenes where they talked less or didnt talk at all, but that shit was so last minute so they didnt have any acting experience or whatever. Seeing that his character was out for the last 2 movies, I can assure you they prolly had acting lessons throughout the years. Maybe they wanna save his character for the last upcoming movies, who knows. Im just saying that we all wanna honour him, knowing hes been gone for 10 years. All we want is to see his character on the big screen again, even if it’s not him, but his brothers. We all knew he wanted to keep playing this character before he passed and I’m sure he would want his brothers to have the opportunity to help finish off the fast saga
