What about when your job is full of ''losers'' ?
If someone follow your advice maybe would be a weak person one day
cause you cant always pick the right people you want.
Instead you can train yourself how to handle and comunicate right with people that dont like to you.

It is a fair point! My bad for not being clear with it. I shall explain it:
When you are on your own journey you are setting you own boundaries. You are choosing what people you want to connect with and those who don't.
If your boundaries are for example against addicts then you will lower your boundary if you have a relationship with such person.
Every person has their own perspective on life and different quality that they want it to be in. So my point is to not go for people who are lower than the boundaries that you had set.
