when I got my scoreboard, I was such a newbie at using it, and I thought I wouldn't need that extra piece and I put it "somewhere" and never found it again! I suspect I got rid of it.
My triangle thingy doesn't say anything about how to make envelopes for a flat card. I must have one of the earlier score baoards. I wonder if there are other differences?
on the triangle tool in this post, it says "for flat cards, decrease both the length & width of the starting paper by 1/8", then score the A and B lines as directed."
a 4x6 card is an A6, so use the printed instructions on the triangle tool in this post that go with the A6 dimensions: start with a 9" square piece of paper, score A lines at 3 & B lines at 3 3/4.
Thank you, Sally! I've had this so long that I forgot all it could do. Glad I have it and glad I found your great video!
Thank you! I've had this board for years and never made an envelope with it!
I hope my instructions were helpful! Thanks for watching!
Me too! I didn’t have a clue that it would do that.
I've had this scoreboard like forever and never used it for making envelopes, thank youu for sharing
Thanx ! I’ve had mine for years also but never used it much. This was very helpful !,
I enjoyed this video. Very enlightening. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing this with us...👍👍👍😉
Thank you. This was extremely helpful.
Oh, I'm so glad!
Thank you. Great presentation.❤
Beautiful
Omgggg thank you cause I was just about we r memory score board and now I don’t need to 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
Good to know! I have the mini scoreboard. I'll have to check out the envelope instructions on that.
Thanks, I always forget exactly how to make this envelope. I switch between the Martha Stewart envelope maker and the WRMK board too!
Perfect, thanks!
Hi
I loved your video on making envelopes, do you have any measurements for a 12 by 12 inch envelope please
Thank you Tracy x
The biggest size envelope they have listed is a #10 size. You start with a 10 3/4" square and score at 2 7/8" for A and 5 1/2" for B.
Where did you get the score board from? A ruler and tape isn’t working for me anymore
I don't think this scoring board is made anymore. You can get similar one anywhere craft supplies are sold.
Thank you!
You are welcome! I hope it was helpful!

i was gifted this kind of score board and i want to start making my own envelopes. What kind of paper is used for these envelopes?
I used thin scrapbook paper.
@@sallymakes thankyou so much
I use a thicker card stock so the envelope is sturdier & there is less chance of poking thru when using the score tool.
I don’t get how to make an envelope for a 4x6 card. I gave up☹️
If you use the measurements for an A2 card size, it should work. It will just be a bit big.

@@timh7246 Thank you!
My ms score board is way smaller than that.
They do have a smaller sized one. My sister has that one.
Your flaps should touch and they dont
I was just following the instructions on the board. The envelope still worked fine.
