- Late in the 3rd period vs. the Laval Rocket, Engaras was knocked off balance by Zack Hayes and went crashing into the boards and needed to be taken off the ice on a stretcher.
UPDATE: From the Rome Sentinel newspaper website: "On Saturday morning, Comets General Manager Dan MacKinnon said a doctor confirmed Engaras‘ head and neck are OK. He was set to be released from the hospital in Quebec on Saturday." @@FALCON21301 I think he just figured that since he was the closest person to him, he tried to see if there was anything he could do to help before the medical people got there.
