I must do this hairstyle. It's cute. I might not pull the hair band so tight because I get severe headaches when the blood flow is cut off by tight bands. What I might do is pull it tightly to the position I want it in. Then, loosen the band until it will be comfortable all day long. Hair cuteness and blood flow. Win win. Thank you for those perfect tips on how to comb out the tangles in our hair.
Trust me, sis. It's not tight. It's secure... but definitely not tight. It's not an elastic hair band, but a nylon string. I cant function if it's tight -which is why I use the string and not an elastic (you have no control with the latter), so don't worry. You won't have to loosen anything, because you won't pull it too tight to begin with -but if you do, the option to loosen is there. We keep our edges and have no headaches around these parts. 🤣😂😂😘😘

Wooh chile! I can't wait to clip these raggedy ends so I can fluff out a properly patted fro pony. The front of my hair is too long to stand up in a 360 daisy fro so this'll be a good alternative. Type 4 hair is so beautiful ✨✨

What products do you use on your hair? And how long did it take for you to grow it that length?
Mostly water and butters. I'm not a huge fan of too many products -although I might start. But it's not so much about the product as it is about the techniques that you're using for your hair. That's the important part.
Agreed with the not too many products I noticed a lot of 4c girls who use Shea butter have mad growth like Efikzara and beautywithty. What other butters do you use?
