- Chevy S10 mods can really benefit your pick up truck. Modifications to the Chevy S10 can include lowering the vehicle, adding window tint, and anything that makes the truck look better and perform better. These little pick up trucks are awesome machines that perform very well. It’s also an awesome platform to be modifying a vehicle with aftermarket parts.
It doesn’t matter what generation Chevy S 10 you have because there’s modifications for every single one of them. You can choose which route you want to go as far as lifting the vehicle, or lowering the vehicle. That’s what makes the Chevy S-10 so awesome is that it’s super adaptable and can be included in different enthusiast groups.
One of the most important mods for this truck is window tint. For a couple hundred dollars you can have your windows tinted and you can add a lot of privacy and even some safety. Did you know that window tent can hold the glass together in an auto accident? Most people don’t know that window tent is also a safety protective measure.
Another common modification for the Chevy S10 is to lower it or raise it. You can modify your suspension to make the truck lower so that it rides better and handles better. Or you can raise the truck to have it higher in the air to drive through mud or snow. 
Our favorite mod for the S-10 pick up truck is to get some wheels and tires. You can really change the look of your truck by adding some fancy rims of your nature. You can get flashy chrome rims, or you can get old-school mag rims. It’s a great way to add a different look to your pick up truck.

What’s the easiest way to lower the front of a first gen s10 Blazer 4x4?
@@Joe-Cap_SRVMerc 4wd... easiest is turn the torsion bars down. Back in the 80s we'd yank the bars completely out of 2wds.. you should be able to get drop torsion keys too.

I've got a 2002 Red Xtreme step side single cab 4.3L. Waiting for summer to toss on my Corvette sawblades. Can't wait. The 4.3L is bulletproof and frankly? Mine has more trouble NOT spinning rubber than anything else. I have to baby the throttle starting out. Plenty of pep for the size of the truck.

You should delete the hood rod. Use the shocks from a back window of a s10 blazer

Gonna be getting a Chevy S10 for my first car soon,my dad is getting it from a friend for 500 dollars so I can put at least 1000 into mods because how cheap he is getting it for,I was planning on lowering in the first place,it was my dads first car,he even has the very same rims from his S10

You’re 100% wrong with the 305 highest horsepower 305 Chevy put out with 175 hp 4.3 L is anywhere from 180 to 200 hp and it’s a lot lighter
Yeah I'm pretty sure even the syclone didn't reach 305. It was like 285 or something like that.

Dude u can get like 600hp out of a 4.3 the cyclone was literally faster than a Corvette when it came out crazy #s out of a 4.3 single turbo setup and all the did was run a larger injector in a stock TBI keep the 4.3s alive all the 2.3 2.2 can be swaps but for the love of God toss a cam n intake manifold n a 700$ turbo kit on ur 4.3 there's a good reason they are still used widely across sandrail and boat platforms not to mention 90% of the parts are compatible with the 350 all GM did was hack off 2 cylinders pistons lifters pushrods timing cover bolt patterns all the same so to sum it pls dint toss ur 4.3 before u at least try to blow it up with a bunch of jungle website or sushi parts
