My question is how do you walk properly in the skinny high heels.
This is going to cause me to cave & join Instagram… have so many questions. For now I’ll send this out into the universe and see if it makes the list. What is the best way to get curls in the parts of my hair that is straight without a curling iron. I’ve been told by hairdressers I have crazy natural curls in my Mohawk region and straight hair elsewhere. They’re always surprised and I never know how to deal with this opposite duo. I would like to rock more curls but hate spending time using a curling iron. Is it’s okay to sleep in rollers? Or are there others things I can do? What are my best options to keep my hair healthy while still being semi lazy. Thanks 💛

Love the multitasking of this!! Content, press meeting, getting in some self care to do what you love while giving press a fun activity, etc etc etc.
I am obsessed with your channel. I also 100% agree with your advice to the person pursuing their art career. As a former starving artist, keeping the 9-5 (while it may suck) is vital as you work on your passion. Working on passion projects (best part of my day) keeps me focused at work, while my 9-5 pays for my supplies and keeps me fed and housed. Hopefully, we can all jump to working on passion projects full time, but until then, balance between the two is still the best option.

Great advice re hard/challenging life stuff and expectations. I write it out in my journal. Most of the time I'm not even consciously aware of what those expectations are. Making them conscious is the first step in allowing me to play out other scenarios, or drop expectations entirely and just be open and try to trust the process of life. And PROCESS is everything! Yes! Yay for process! It's all we have for sure--let's enjoy it. 💜

Also.... for work-life balance, what I do to make sure I have it. Routine Self-care on Sunday and ONE thing for myself everyday that brings me joy. Additionally, at minimum ONE thing I do for important relationships (family, friends, partner) per day... and if work doesn't allow that, then, hunny, work needs to work around me so I can pour that back into my cup. I also have "Follow-up" Friday routines to help me close loops from the week, create a to-do list, and get it out of my brain to focus on ME time over the weekend. In case you need to hear this @JVN or someone else needed to hear these tips

You’re awesome. Am in a “meh” phase, getting over Covid and getting ready to move to a new house. No energy to pack and stressed with all the stuff The Husbeast (I refuse to say “hubby”!) gotta do. And a bit sad to leave the current house that has been home for 20 years.
Oh, and my MIL died suddenly without warning in November. So dealing with her house and settling estate, in top of sads. Then my mom almost died from an esophageal bleed. For real. 2021 💩 the bed for us, yo.

Just got my first JVN hair products today and tried the moisture mask for the first time. I love it so much! My hair feels and smells 10x sexier. The packaging also felt absolutely luxurious to open! I was sort of sad to recycle the box because of the adorable signature printed on the inside. Thank you for bringing luxury and quality at an affordable price.
