Man, when Madden 1st added trading to its game, I being a STEELERS fan always went and got Bettis from the Rams. I dont know I always liked his game& then Lawd have mercy, my little son was 9 years old called and said "Dad , did you hear"? " Hear what"? "The STEELERS got Jerome Bettis"!!! " Son please dont play with ol Dad" .....'Dad turn on ESPN " and there it was, I couldnt believe it, my main man now on my squad, after suffering through the losses of Bam Morris, and other backs we hadnt had one good back in a lonnnnnng time, and now here we go! That is why losing LeVeon Bell now hurts so bad and one day he is going to realize that, now he is just a back that's good , when you are a STEELER , THEY TAKE CARE OF YOU FOR LIFE !!! Ask Santonio Holmes, Donnie Shell, and others ,and we arent a big market team, yet , we count !!! I’m from Detroit. My mom’s family is from Pittsburgh, where the Terrible Towels were considered essential home decor. My aunt and uncle, especially, turned me into a Steelers fan. I was 10 in 2006, and I can still remember sitting on their couch watching Roethlisberger take Nick Harper down by the ankle. Harper had just been stabbed the day before the game too. I was so pumped that Bettis, Polamalu, Ward and the rest of them came to my hometown to win the super bowl. I remember watching Bettis announce that the last stop was in Detroit.
Miss those days, that team, and the time I had with Uncle Lonnie and Aunt Sandy. 💛🖤

Very unusual presence to have when other Men feel safe. I would cry for that man too. He always smiled and when he did you smiled too. What a great player and more importantly human being. He gave it all every single time he stepped on the field. What a force! Can you imagine being on defense when this guy get into the second level? Good luck! He wore defenses out. Such an awesome ending to an amazing career with the best franchise in the NFL. A true Steeler.

I just want to point out that not only did you use Halo music but if there ever was an NFL player who deserved triumphant Halo music to back up his highlights, it's Jerome Bettis. Kudos on impeccable music selection, especially the tracks you chose. One Final Effort is honestly perfect for the bus

Jerome Bettis... The reason EA Sport created the "truck" stick :). I miss watching him. Rarely anything too exciting, but they man could move the ball. But once he got in the open, watching CBs and safeties attempting to tackle him was comical.
I'm so glad I got to watch his entire Steeler career.
