How to recalibrate your Amazon Echo Studio Pro if you've moved it to a different location. There is no automatic recalibration or option to do this. I show you how!
Thanks for the video. I will note that when I reset my Echo Studio that it states that it is constantly calibrating itself - therefore if moved it doesn't need to be manually recalibrated.
Thanks from the other side of ther pond!!! When I was on set up mode, (orange light spinning) I would let go of the button thinking i wasa in setup mode then. Holding it for 20 seconds is the Key!!! Back to dancing in the dark again!!! Thanks!!! 🙃🙂🙃🙂🙂🙂🙂
Amazon needs to attach this video to their Echo Studio HELP/SUPPORT section! You are the ONLY one showing the correct procedure for this process! Thank you and I've subscribed..... Hope you have a safe and Happy New Year!
Lol that's not how put recalibrate it. He's just resetting the speaker like it's a new one. Supposedly it recalibrates on its own every so often but we don't know when, Amazon should put a feature in the Alexa app
Does anyone know if there is a way to make the green lit notification ring brighter? I know on the echo it was easy to increase the brightness so it was more likely to catch your eye. I find the Studio to be extremely dim.
Hi, thanks for the video, but when did it recalibrate the sound based on the room. I tried this and it doesn't say that. Also didn't hear it in your video. Another ?, my bass treble, etc controls seem to make no difference on sound, ideas?
First.. what exactly is the Echo Studio 'PRO" ? I cannot seem to find a PRO version of the Echo Studio. Your comments are incorrect according to Amazon. Based on an article I read, Amazon claims "the Echo Studio uses its microphone array for more than just Alexa. It is able to automatically and seamlessly adapt to the room it is in." At best the unit can calibrate for general room acoustics. There is no way its adjusting for optimal 3d sound because its using mics located at its own location and not the location(s) of the user. Even when doing surround sound calibration on higher end systems, a mic is set at the listening location. This takes several minutes and test sounds from each speaker, which are generally stationary. In addition the sounds are already directed to the appropriate channel when encoded so there is a "known" factor present. So if anyone believes the studio is doing anything other than general room acoustics calibration, you are their target audience. Not to say the speaker does not sound decent, but all this 3D marketing is sound randomly directed to speaker A, B, C or D, which face different directions. I have tried multiple 3D songs in different rooms and have yet to fail at being able to blindly point to the location of the Studio after spinning around with my eyes closed.
Hi are you satisfied with your echo studio? How is the sound quality? Are you saying the 3D music is crap or that it is good? I am thinking about getting a echo studio? Any suggestions? 🤔🙂
@@loveistheanswer5924 we use it as a brown noise machine mainly. We tried the 3D music but it never sounded 3d, just sounded "not right", like something was being attempted and failing.
what if we don't have Alexa app? Does that mean we can't use Echo Studio? As you may know, Alexa is operating on some selected countries. I'm thinking to purchase Alexa but we do not have Alexa app at appstore in Turkey. So, I'm not sure if it is a good choice to purchase Echo Studio.
Did everything you say here, went through the entire process to set up the device again. Echo Studio did everything except to re-calibrate. Skipped that bit.
Tried this many times and the same thing, This does not work it only reset the speaker but still no bass im sure he got the same thing, so what next MR IT GUY

@@MSRWorkshop It's been fixed by an update apparently : ruclips.net/video/AN1iDHobiMg/видео.html
I have tried this many time and still the bass is not working, anything else can I try
Why pro? I never heard of an echo studio pro? Just about a echo studio?
Thank you! My Echo Studio stopped working when I got a new phone. Amazon was no help. Your simple method worked and I am back up an running.

Very helpful video.
Many thanks Sir ! 🎩

You never showed the actual part we all wanted to see, which was it recalibrating. Bit odd seeing as this was the whole point of the video.
Thank you. I hooked it up in a room that I was not going to use it for.
Hey I just noticed something. Echo has an accent in the UK! Nice!
Thanks for the video!!

Thank you!! You are right, cannot find this option described anywhere.

Yep, no such thing as an echo Studio Pro. Such a basic error makes one question the accuracy of any advice given here.

So you actually need to reset in order to re-calibrate. That's a little too radical :|
Hey buddy I have a problem when I ask echo studio to turn on tv it won't and sometimes it does
Its very bass orientated, how can I turn up the treble?
The bass? Do you know it by now? Are you satisfied with your echo studio? I am thinking about buying one? 🤔
How to update the echo studio pro with latest firmware? Thankyou
Mine won’t even connect to the internet anymore it just flashes a purple ring
It says it recalibrates automatically.

I've read that it's constantly calibrating itself. So there really is no need to do this.
Thank you!

Pro? There is no pro model? Just a echo studio?
