Watched "Twister" last night for maybe the 100th time and that movie is still one of my favorites. This song just takes me back to those days when my kids were little and we lived in Florida and how many amazing summers we had.
Thank you, Shania, for giving us such a great song...a song that reminds us that the simplest of things are often the most important in life.

I realize now at 25yrs what a strange dream haha LOL. but i still love this woman, beautiful music, gorgeous voice, (Even when she thought she had lost it). But it was never gone, just hiding. She worked so hard and found it again. So proud of her. Still an amazing role model for anyone to look up too. been through so much and keeps going strong... At the time I was dating a guy who called me to tell me about the 'sweet new car' he'd just bought with his trust fund and I asked him if hed ever heard of Shania Twain he said "Yeah, why?" I said, "That dont impress me much." and hung up. We broke up 2 weeks later! Lol.

This song used to always come on the radio when my dad and I were in his big rig coming home off the road when I was growing up, passing the same location every time. Unfortunately I lost my dad last year in July 2022 and hearing this song takes me back to some great memories with him.

My favorite Shania Twain song and music video. Was obsessed with tornadoes when I was little (still love them), which, this song's on the Twister soundtrack (saw it twice in the theater with my mother as a young lad). Shania's looking fantastic (and so are the fellows in her band-especially her guitar/harmonica player and steel guitar player ;) ). But I digress. I love the house they used for this. My grandmother had those plastic vintage flower wind spinners you see in the beginning. This song takes me back to happier, carefree times.

Not only does she have an awesome first and last name but to be the prettiest of every female singers and play and sing the best music that os very iconic. I can't think of another singer that hit's a spot like her music did and still does. Her 1995 album The Women in me is by far everybodies favorite she was discovered after that album.
