@MCalvin1955 since they don't really use the battery, I recommended they don't leave it plugged in when not in use and if the touchpad buttons aren't clickable to replace it because the battery would have expanded too much, but it's not an urgent need.
What was the client’s problem with the computer?? Where would you start if a computer will not turn in? Computer place checked a new cord and that didn’t work - but I didn’t have the money to back up my hard drive for them to investigate further. I’m going to have to fix myself probably. I noticed the charging cord would have to sit a certain way to charge for awhile. Any idea’s?
