Regardless of Adobe's leaps and bounds in innovation over the past twenty years, in my view the company still have a way to go to make certain Photoshop tools available in After Effects, and After Effects tools available for Photoshop.

How do you get that second circle in your pointer while using the soft brush? I'm guessing it indicates the actual limits of the feathering for the soft brush
