@@fab8672 lol- it’ll cost more at the pump weekly cause it’s a long nose and not aerodynamic like a lot of trucks on the road today. If I were to own one (in all seriousness) I’d have to have at minimum $15k to $20k in the bank just for maintenance and business expenses, a direct shipper with consistent year round freight w/ the same rates year round (which is possible- and no not the board), all equipment must be paid off (truck and trailer) and must be mechanically inclined, but it is possible:-).
@@ROLLIN-DUB that makes me think, if this truck or any other truck with a big ,flat and square hood would fit better in a different scenario ,more like mountains and areas where the wind doesn't blow directly or do we still have the same conditions even in a windless hypothetical situation .would the features of the truck still create resistance against the air present in the place ? so no matter the place it would always require more energy to cut through the space
@@fab8672 yes and more so NO, because trucks create wind due to the size. Ever pass someone in the hammer lane or have been passed in the hammer lane and they kind of blow you off the road or in your rear view mirror you’re blowing someone over towards the white line? That’s wind that you’ve created indirectly towards another object- having a long nose it makes it harder for wind to go around the truck, under or over the truck- so if you’ve ever notice a Volvo or a newer model international or newer model peterbilt the nose/ hood is shorter and more at a downward slant. Look at a corvette and the shape of it. Yes I’d love to have a Coronado and one day I will, but until that time I’ll continue stackin my bread and saving
