I don't think you are being rude, I can tell you were coming from a place of concern. Because unfortunately, the stats reflect the truth to your words whether we like it or not. But that's more of a concern with younger couples. Older couples are more wiser and there are much less opportunities to be unfaithful. The best part of being older and in relationships is you run into less games, people are more direct with what they need.

Ten years ago, I was walking to a restaurant to buy lunch and a car slowed down beside me. A man rolled down his window and said "My wife said to tell you that you have beautiful legs". I was surprised and incredulous at first but a second later his wife, who was reclining in the passenger seat, sat up and said she had seen me a distance away and had made the remark to her husband that if he passed by me as he was driving, he should let me know. She was that secure in her relationship

Similarly my brother n his wife have a hot aupair who travels with them and has been caring for their kids for years. No scandal. Marry a decent man so u can trust him

Pretty much all of us think that we are marrying a decent man, however, after the wedding, men/women sometimes show their true colors. Believe me when I say that, unless we’re perverse, the majority of us marry that ONE person to love and to cherish forever till death us do part. What a wonderful world it would be if all marriages could last? But, sadly, some women and men cannot control themselves around the opposite sex. Such a shame 😔🙏🏾

Men don’t just cheat based on looks, look at Arnold and Mildred the maid. Gwen Stefani’s husband did the same, the list goes on. The point being, a cheater is going to cheat, it’s not always based on looks, but opportunity. Fumi seems to have a good husband and a solid foundation, may GOD continue to bless and strengthen their union.

That’s a sad relationship if you don’t trust your husband around women . I’m assuming he doesn’t go to work, hang out with friends, run errands… the list goes on. I don’t have the energy for that. I’ve been married for 17 years to a great man, and I agree with Fumi,it is so disrespectful to my husband to believe he has no restraint or self control around women. I also believe if a man is no good he will cheat no matter how many women you keep from your home.

    • @helenoftroy6265
      @helenoftroy6265 2 месяца назад +43

This right here is exactly how I feel. If he can’t control himself he’s not worth keeping. Now I do know there are women out there who will pursue a taken man but if he is capable of falling for it, then he’s not a keeper, so glad I’ve never had to worry about mine, even the way he carries himself around other women has always been respectful to our union.

One day she can to me and told me that she don't need me to babysit any more. I asked why. She told me that I was to young and to pretty and she didn't want me around her husband because she feared something would happen. It felt like she had punched me in the stomach I told her I would never do that. She said she was just being careful. After she left I cried because I was so hurt.

I am so sorry that you had that experience, but understand that you didn't do anything wrong. She couldn't handle her own insecurities, and that's not your fault. She will live in misery because she can't eliminate everyone in his life for her own comfort.
He will eventually get tired of her trying to control his interactions with other people. He is who he is, and he will do what he does. She has the greatest power and control but doesn't realize it. because she thinks her power lies in controlling him and she feels powerless if she can't. She doesn't know that her power is self power, to control herself , she can accept or not accept anything he does. That's what she has 100% power to do .She borrows trouble from tomorrow and she's trying to fix what 's not broken. God gave us all freewill , but she is waiting and anticipating trouble, that may or may not ever come. That can't be comfortable. No one is going to take him, she's going to drive him away.

What a gift that you had that experience yourself as a young, beautiful woman, to know how unfairly we treat our sisters because they happen to be beautiful. I was in a meeting (years ago) and a new team member got up in the middle of the meeting to get a cup of coffee off te credenza and when she started walking toward the coffee I watched the men at the table because I was SURE they would break their necks to get a look at her perfectly shaped backside and would you believe, Fumi, not a single man turned but every woman in the room practially snapped their necks to look her up and down and shoot daggers at her all the way to and from the coffee. I decided to make friends with her right there and she is as lovely inside as she is on the outside. For her it is a struggle.

Women can be so cruel to one another, when they are led by their own insecurities and pin the tail on the 'donkey' they deem as a threat, as too beautiful and it is disgusting. No loyalty, no female solidarity when they behave like this. I'm so glad Fumi discussed this topic so people can think through their prejudices against other women and how they inadvertently make a rod for their own backs by propagating distrust, needless enmity and paranoia amongst themselves. This is why I laugh at the concept of pretty privilege. Unless a pretty woman is in an occupation that specifically capitalised on her looks such as working in media, fashion or even adult work be assured that so called pretty privilege can be a significant burden or a barrier when amongst groups of women who feel their own insecurities triggered and their jealousy and even hatred starts to run the show. In this way women can become spiteful creatures to others and do the most awful things to tear another down. Women can be terrible bullies, overt attacks of aggression and hostility or covert ones where Bad-mouthing, smearing and isolation tactics are used to bring their target down and it is a disgrace. When people say women would do a better job of running the world compared with men the thought makes me laugh because women can be too vicious to one another 'on sight' and are too easily triggered. If all women treated pangs of jealousy as fleeting experiences rather than an overwhelming experience that dictates how they treat others we would be better off. So what if another women is deemed 'more beautiful' by some, what happened to respecting and valuing yourself and understanding that you have everything to offer this world, not only looks but a whole personality, good conduct, good morals, being a productive and capable human being. Women complain the world is cruel yet enact a lot of cruelty onto their sisters and it needs to stop.
Fumi covered so much in this video and I'm glad of it. Hopefully it is a wake up call to perpetrators of this kind of needless hate and division. The commentator claimed she was giving good advice/warning but really she got lost in her own projections and diminished the dignity of Fumi, her family including the nanny as well as herself. She saw darkness where there is none and attempted to insert doubt into the peace of a woman living her life, running her YT and who gives out lessons for free on how to develop yourself and go for the life you want. Of all the things to comment for a hair video you see what the commentator chose to focus on? Hopefully she looks within after this wakeup call and starts to walk towards the light instead of fouling up the airwaves with needless negativity. Some women do not realise the state their mind is in. How good of Fumi to deliver a wakeup call with such compassion and understanding while asserting her boundaries! Good on Fumi!

This happens with women who stay in relationships with men who don't respect them and don't make sure the babysitters or other employees they hire have good values. Women will never support each other. The way I see it, a woman should have the decency to say no to another woman’s man…that is support. But no, humans can be selfish.

My cousin came to stay briefly with me through a difficult pregnancy. When I came into the picture everything he thought, wanted, needed he showed not only to her but everyone around us was ME! She and I loved each other other. It doesn’t even have to be the hired help. It could be your own blood relative, best friend, bridesmaid, literally any woman can behave treacherously towards you and stay smiling in your face. It takes two to tango, but sometimes the hired help is at a disadvantage economically and feels pressured to submit in order to survive, especially with children to feed.
These things do happen, but each woman has to decide for herself if she is comfortable with having a young, beautiful woman in her home as the hired help.🤔

It's his job to protect his marriage and son. Her problems are not yours. Why are they always looking at other women as a threat. Only the two married are responsible for fidelity in the union.

Just keep an open mind most of us want to do what’s right but because of circumstances and imperfections we can windup doing something we did not intend to do ,our feelings also can get in the way like loneliness on both sides the attention from the opposite sex especially when both parties are attractive also if the opportunity presents itself and catch you when you’re weak. Sometimes it has nothing to do with character or morals but with good judgment and wisdom. Like someone putting your favorite cake on the table when you’re on a diet you may not give in to the cake right away but over time and depending on what happened that day and your feelings and emotions you eventually will give in, it doesn’t make it right, it makes it human. So because of your wisdom and understanding knowing that others have found it hard to live with the cake on the table. So in order to stick to the diet you probably would get rid of the cake! However this doesn’t mean the people can’t control themselves but certain circumstances can make it hard depending on what’s going on at the time. I’d like to share a couple of scripture with you. One is found at ecclesiastics 7:12 and the other at proverbs 11:2 just a little something to think about.

Same here. Im now almost 70. Kept myself together and guess what, they never let up. I have a hard time having friends. But, I've noticed that secure, professional, women who live with real purpose, not phony, fake, superficial objectives, do not push me away. It took me a long time to understand this, and to stop wanting friendships with women who could only compare themselves against me and other women.
While I love Fumi's response to this, I would've added, IF my man cheats, Id let him go. When men betray you, it's not about you at all. I watched my father and 4 brothers treat women poorly. I felt sorry for my mother and my brothers girlfriends

Oh wow, I’ve experienced something similar. I needed a place to stay when I was in college, went to stay with a relative (the wife being the relative), and for the rest of my stay there she was incredibly mean to me. She didn’t like that I was cool with everyone else in the house, people visiting would take to me, whatever I tried to do, she would be so mean about it to me that I was constantly on guard around her. I was there for about two months, then finally left. I wasn’t really bothered , just weirded out and exhausted that she was that way with me. Later I found out that she would call my mom and tell lies and weird suspicions about me, things that really affected my mom cos she knows the type of person I am, that I absolutely didn’t like. Now, it’s been years since I have seen her, she is always asking about me at family gatherings I’m told, later on, a lady who knows her said to my mom that there was no way I could have lived there cos the wife is like that (insecure) , and “I’m very beautiful”. I’ve never been back to the house, she likes to host and is now wondering why my mom isn’t mean to her and wonders if I shared with my mom how she was with me , my mom said, she knows what she did to you, she is living with that now, that’s why she’s always asking about you and wanting you to come over but doesn’t know how to go about it. All this to say, I am very inspired by your approach to matters, and your wisdom and grace, it’s very commendable and I know the lady looking after your son appreciates it too because it’s no an easy job, I know, I’ve worked it twice for different families when I was younger, and the women were absolutely wonderful to me, never made me feel off , supported me in anyway I needed, so I know she appreciates it too. Lovely channel, ❤.

We need to understand that a lot of women have not experienced love and they cannot phathom the thought of another women nor them experiencing it, they are used to chaos and we should look at it from an angle of them projecting their fears and hurt! It is sad but iys real! I wish her healing, love and peace ❤ All we can do is to send her sprinkles of love and hugs 🫂
It is not an old school thing for sure, it's a mentality & projection.

Hmmmm. This is so true. Thanks aunty Fumi.
As much as it is real that there are men who aren't trustworthy around younger women, it is in no way correct for us as women to witch-hunt every other woman. I confess to having made this mistake earlier in my marriage.
But the older I get and the more secure I become in who I am and the value that I carry, the less concerned I am about being hyper-vigilant with my man. That is his responsibility not mine.
These days I enjoy complimenting other women (especially older ones). It's fun to watch a woman glow when I tell her that she is beautiful. Let's do that more for each other.

Yes!! It’s crazy how a lot of married women are so INSECURE about their relationships.
Had a “friend” who was a coworker who was throwing a party. We were separated by a curtain and I heard another coworker asked her if she was inviting certain people to her party and she replied that she’s “not inviting any single woman to” her party. I was taken aback at first, but then realized that she had a relationship and a husband that she didn’t trust at all and how miserable that must have made her feel throughout her life. It’s really sad that a whole lot of women feel that way.

Basically women/men cannot nor should we force anyone to be with us. We cannot control anyone really. We also should not rob people from opportunities based on our fears or insecurities.
We just have to choose to do what’s right daily and the rest will take care of itself. People who are meant to be in our lives will stay in our lives 😊

I was told in an interview when I initially came to this country that I was too pretty to work for an attorney group. Some men and women have integrity and some do not.
    Know your spouse.
Also attempt to know the people you bring in your household.
