I agree, I don't play Shaman at all in constructed and Still produced 11 wins, losing last game to 3 flamestrikes.
+Tram Ramt Got my best ever run as a shaman, 12-0 without ever dropping below 20hp. Totem golem makes their early game so much better and then march of the fire elementals if you get lucky and draft a few. Thunder buff great card to and it having 6hp means you can drop it on 5 mana a lot of the time.

+Jacob Wheaton We need to give the meta time to calm down. People are trying a bunch of decks but I think eventually there will be a few tgt cards that will see play but the decks will largely stay the same.
+Jacob Wheaton what are you talking about dude, I've been seeing nothing patron and variations of older decks... Yeah new cards were added into the game and they're used in decks now but it's not like those decks are absolutely new. People have been playing midrange pally, and dragon priest and big dragon hunter... They just got more consistent with TGT

+Deep Singh Before TGT all you would really see is Zoo, Face Hunter, Patron and Tempo Mage. Face hunter and tempo mage are pretty much dead, with eboladin surviving as the new cancer. Patron is less represented. Secret paladin, dragon priest (which plays a lot differently than previous dragon priest) and midrange shaman (a near dead deck that is now very viable) rose. Now tell me how the meta has not changed. Just because a deck that was never even represented before is now played is not a good argument for saying tgt has not changed the meta. And TGT still just came out, remember how much better decks got after GvG, took a while, but decks got better and new decks arose not seen before I.e. oil rogue. TGT has done more of a impact than GvG when GvG was this old
I remember Trump calling Seal of Champions "not good enough", but he seemed to only think about the agressive paladin which was the only archetype at that time. When i saw it played in arena i immediately thought of Velen's Chosen. That is even played in constructed. Seal gives one more attack, and can very well give more health as well. Maybe Velen's has certain synergy with priest hero power which makes it more worthwhile, but Seal of Champions is certainly a great arena card.

I went 10-3 in arena with a mage deck yesterday. The deck had only 2 spells which i think must be some kind of record. The spells in question were effigy and mirror entity, both secrets and not even really spells in the sense that they dont have an immediate effect. The deck had an exceptionaly good curve and the quality of the 28 minions was very good. I could reliably drop a good minion for the first few turns giving me very good tempo. I think board clears are very important but not 100 percent essential to doing well in arena. Keep that in mind and dont feel to disheartened when you fail to get a board clear when drafting an arena deck.

I recently finished my old arena run (a pretty good warlock deck with a lot of removal) and of the three losses two were to the Krakens that I didn't have enough removal for, and one to a rogue that played three cheap 'boulderfists' in a row.
I was refreshing for new kripp video. I think im more lifeless than kripp.

my first TGT Arena was with a mage with 4 fireballs, 2 Flamestrikes, 1 pyroblast. Never had this many good spells before :)
I've found Shaman to be the most improved class actually. Paladin was always pretty good, but I've had some epic 7 and 9 win runs with Shaman recently. Totally agree on North Sea Kraken - it's been a game-winning card several times over for me.
That last turn was an actual outrage
I like Seal of Champions, but it also gives cards that benefit from Divine Shield like Blood Knight an advantage where Blessing of Kings wouldn't.

Laughed so hard when the legendary border appeared after Bane
Played as mage ~2 days after TGT came out. Went 11-3 with 0 board clears, my most valuable card, as far as deciding games goes, was Polymorph Huffer. Final Boss was a rogue, that had an even more insane start than me, and he had a Blade Flurry just when he needed it, which sealed the game. So i disagree that board clears are needed in order for you to do good in arena, but they certainly make your life much easier if you manage to get at least one and draw it on time.

Elemental Destruction is such a good card in arena. A Pally had a full board of 2-3 drops and a Murloc Knight with two cards in hand. I have one Fire Elemental on the board and a hand full of 4 drops and 11 health left, I say to myself: "Well, I really need Elemental Destruction like right now!" I top decked it, went face with my Fire ele and destroyed his board with my elemental at 1 health and I played a fireguard destroyer that got 7 attack. He conceded the game.

Murloc Knight is the reason I run Fencing Coach in constructed, so I have a chance to secure a win as early as turn 4.
Just had an arena with 5 totem golems and the "give totems plus 2 attack" 12-1 run. So much fun.

I just got 9 wins last night as shaman with no board clear or spell cards and its all I could think about. Really great curves carried me through but man did I miss some kind of spell damage.

They should have introduced the tgt cards like 1 new tgt card in arena every 2 -3 days or allow the option to choose an arena run that consist with GvG or GvG and TgT

Yea, but a lot of people don't realize they have play against Warlock in arena compared with other classes. If you can do it without falling too far behind on the board, you should always go for face damage to stop the Warlock from tapping. And the Paladin even had some great cards for pushing for face damge, with Frost Elemental for tempo, MCT to come back on the board and Blessing of Kings to finish him off.
Simon G yeah he had the opportunity to set him at 2hp which prevents the hero power and an eventual hellfire which was the major threat here ...

+Albert Fish Not only is hindsight 20/20, but krip got incredibly lucky to even stay alive by not only drawing bane of doom, but by getting malganis. Pretty sure that theres only about 3 demons that wouldve kept krip alive. The pally put himself in a position to win, and got rekt by bane of doom topdeck.

I won an arena (12-2) a week ago with mage and all my removals was 1 frostbolt and 1 flame cannon, idk how i did this cuz this was my first 12win arena, but Kripp, 7+ mages not always have AoE :)

I face a Mage around once every three games or so and no, at 8+ wins they do not 100% of the time have a Flamestrike. In fact, they more often than not don't. Board clears are not common anymore at all, and that's great for the classes that never had a good one to begin with.
Paladins are really common, but so are Shamans and Rogues. I see all the classes occasionally, so I'm pretty happy right now with the arena variety, even though tryhards are flooding it with mostly Paladin.
Murloc knight is my favorite card.

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed getting kinda screwed on the gold rewards in arena since the release of TGT? I seem to be getting way more cards now.
I actually just got my first 12 win arena in the TGT era as a Mage w/o any flamestrike. So Kripp's point about that 7+ win tier needing one isn't completely true.

Last time i was at arena game at 11 wins and risked that enemy has no flamestrike at turn 7 and he didnt have it. i was also playing as a mage and i had only one fireball in my deck
Kraken would be positively amazing if it did 5 damage instead, since so many creatures have 5 health, but 1 extra damage isn't generally too hard to do. As it stands, I agree it's not a bad card at all.

+AndroidGamehacker if you use your smarts you can realize that if there are more cards in arena, you will get less of any specific card.
