l CLOUD l Honestly I kind of thought similarly when I first saw this. Sort of weird vibe for Kaskade. Seems like he's pushing into this generation's shitty values to sell records. I mean "Never Sleep Alone?" Isn't Ryan a devout Mormon or something? Seems odd to be pushing the concept of random hookups but then again, I could just be misreading the song.
Yea I'm not sure. I just know that I see symbolism in most mainstream music now a days and I. stay away from it. I don't even attend raves anymore because I see symbolism there too and you're right about the vibes. Very strange indeed. The only reason I watched this video was to see if there was any symbolism and sure enough its in here. Its truly a shame because Kaskade was my favorite artist for a long time. I miss his older stuff and absolutely loved the Redux tour. Now I mostly listen to stuff that isn't too mainstream with very few exceptions. People think all these things are "conspiracies" but I honestly don't think they are.

Mine as well, and I also loved his Redux stuff. Definitely a huge influence on me when I first heard It's You, It's Me back when it came out and Kaskade always seemed so above silly trends but jeez.
Notice, though, this is (I think) his first single since signing on to Warner Bros. Now who wants to say that it's just a coincidence that right after finally signing to a MAJOR record label that his first single with them is promoting modern trendy behaviour with Masonic symbolism.
