Often wondered Terry, why you start work so early. Would u recommend an early start to the day. I think Andrew Marr is ex BBC which allows him to broadcast his real political views. I'd be a big fan of social media for allowing all views to be heard. I'm sure it's frustrating for the political and media establishment who like to control the narrative.
Yes, I would recommend an early start. But everybody is different, maybe other people work better late at night or something so it depends on your individual metabolism etc.
I saw the video you referred to in this video and thought it was perfectly innocuous and a handy reminder of steps employees and employers should take in the event of a grievance.
