No. Not in both. You just need to connect to any of the ports.

Dono me se kisi ek me lagao. They added two USB C to give it a feel like exhaust system of UFO.
I replaced, my one ear tws was giving one hour less backup, and replaced with good one.

Plug in any of the port to charge. Two are given just to make it look like the exhaust of UFO. Both are working and plugging in any of the port will charge the case.

Hi can you please tell me about boult ufo so i already had a oppo enco buds 2 but it was causing me a lot ear pain that's why i want something circular rounded tips like just like (realme buds 2 wired).so is the boult ufo would be a good choice and it was light weight as well according to some RUclipsrs please reply.
Sometimes it depends on the ear canal size and how much longer one uses buds. I find Boult UFO quite comfortable.

I put the charger immediately after the delivery but the front light didn't blink so i thought that it was defective.....after returning the product it also did the same,why?? What's the reason ...??pls tell me about that.

@@sujithawesome8885 NO. it won't last 10 hours. Buds provide around 5.5 hours once fully charged.
@@sujithawesome8885 I don't even remember if I have ever seen a TWS claiming to offer 10 hours on a single charge. Most TWS offer up 6-7 hours due to compact form factor. You should get a headphone or neckband earphone for better battery life on a single charge.
