I rewatch this video over and over to gain inspiration. Your editing, precision, and helpful advice is exceptional. The music and your comprehensive set-up go very well together and make for an enjoyable video. Many many thanks!
Great video Stephen! I really enjoyed watching the process of you putting together this build. As many times as I’ve seen this scape, it’s always cool to watch one be built and see it’s foundations.
Beautiful scape ! These quick release valves from koolance look amazing. Could you be more specific about the model number you used with the super jet ? I’m not sure which one to order from Amazon
Thank you - the filter model is exactly what I listed, an ADA SuperJet ES-600 (for 36cm H). Do not buy one off Amazon, find an authorized ADA dealer/distributor.
I already have a ADA Super Jet filter. I was wondering about the Koolance quick release valves that you are using. Since the ADA has 2 different tube sizes (9mm and 12mm) i was wondering which precise model of valves you ordered.
Hey Stephen, just now seeing this. I didn’t know you had a RUclips, I follow you on IG and love your content! I’m in the states too, I was just wondering where you sourced all of your plants from? The buces look like they came in at a really nice size!
Hey Tyler, thanks for the comment, glad you like the content! funny that you mention the Buce specifically: I took these from my previous tank which had been running for about a year, so they had plenty of time to grow from tissue cultures. My go-to’s for plant delivery are BucePlant and Aquarium Plants Factory but I’ve also had success with Aqua Forest Aquarium and Green Leaf Aquariums.
Awesome! I have looked at almost every retailer in the US. Buce Plant was my first choice but just wanted to get your recommendation! I’m setting up a 30cm cube and will be ready to order plants soon!

Perhaps you can make review for the ADA filter. Nice video btw.
Thank you this is exactly what I was looking for
Glad it was helpful!

Thanks man! I definitely learned a lot from this build, but still more to learn. Looking forward to the next project.
this video deserves atleast a mil views
Amazing scape, well done man
Awesome scape! 🔥👌🏻Keep on Scaping!
Awesome Scape!
very nice
Awesome stuff man. I love what you do on IG too. I still think it's about time you entered all the contests.
Hey thanks for checking out the video and for the comment. I’ll definitely consider it for the future. Maybe 2022?
Hey Stephen, how long did you wait for the final video after setup? Cheers Ben
A few weeks!
Incredible scape. Truly. How soon after planting did you add the fish?
And did you introduce any algae eaters.
Thank you, I usually introduce fish after cycling, which can take up to 8 weeks. No dedicated algae eaters were in this scape.
Looks great - well done :)
Beautiful scape! Good job! I can see the drop checker, but no info on your co2 equipment. Is it in-line or reactor?
Thank you! Im using the aluminum in-line diffuser and Pro DS-1 dual stage regulator, both from Green Leaf Aquariums, connected to a 5lb tank.
Great scape. What's your room avg temperature?
Thank you! It varies depending on the season. During the summer: 74-80 F. In winter 68-74 F.

Ah, apologies. Btw, you can order directly from their website. These are the QD3 13/16mm models. You’ll want to order 2 male and 2 female connectors.
@@stephenmanning3978 do those work with 19/22 tubes without further modifications?
I highly doubt it. Check their website for the correct size, as they offer several versions.

good music
Tank size ?
60U from UNS.
You should try using the liquid version of cyanoacrylate glue instead if your gonna use cotten method(or the ciggerate buds :D)
Thanks for the suggestion. I like that the gel doesn’t run everywhere and create white marks that need to be covered later. It seems to work fine.
@@stephenmanning3978 since your using cotton pads the pads will suck it up and it won’t go anywhere which makes even less mess
Great video. Why that music? Sound down all the way…
I love the music.
Never put stones on a glass surface , wrong beginning
Safer not to, but plenty of us do!
Awfull music 😬
This will be an area of improvement in future videos!
