Can we have a price breakdown video Randy, always interesting to listen to the wins or losses etc and to see what your motors fetched at Auction? Love the 40 Chevy!!
Robert F looks cheap and every low end parts store to me. The original one for myself is way better and not seen on every wannabe hot rod like the cheap chrome one is. Big down grade
Randy I have watched and enjoyed your channel for years and i agree you can't keep all your cars but please don't sell this one it's so different and not replaceable
I like the 1940 keep the videos coming I’m here cause of you Randy to see what you have going on if it’s the 1940 so be it. Idk about everyone else but I can wait til new cars arrive get all your content you can on getting 1940 ready for power tour 💪🏾
Yeah, I totally get where you’re coming from with the mufflers. I ended up going with a really good performance exhaust but not super loud because I knew I’d be driving the supercharged V-8 swaped Supra across the country and I did not want my head to want to explode. Performance is important, but being able to drive it is just as important.
I kind of like the Mercedes-Benz. I've got a feeling that's a car you'll regret selling. Maybe keep it and see what the cost of ownership is after a year? Just thinking out loud.👍😎🇺🇸 Good to see Santa's Workshop!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Hi Randy. Its Liam from Ireland. I cant believe that the Caddy is Sold. Im going too miss that car. It was so bloody Cool. A proper nice car and it was Perfect. Hows that EV doing Randy. Did you get the distance up at all? Tell Santa i said Hello and thanks for giving you a hand. Respect. Chat soon. 😊😊
HOLY SMOKES! How can you grab on to the end of that oil dipstick after its been cookin' by that header???? Keep an asbestos glove in the glovebox! Sweet car. Props to Michael for being that guy who's always willing to lend a helping hand!
I once swapped out the Thrush Super Turbos on my K5 diesel for more stock type mufflers because with 3” true dual exhaust & all that back pressure- the diesel could be heard 5 blocks away 😂 and I had to drive 91 miles 3 days a week to college in it. Everyone was like whyyyyyy did you put quiet mufflers on her?! I missed it as soon as I did… but trust me after putting 33k miles on that truck in one year, it was the correct decision. I wish I had video of it with the Thrush mufflers on it though. That was the wickedest sounding diesel I’ve EVER heard, when you hit a certain resonance around 2000 rpm it was wild LOL
I'm pissed I'm gonna miss Power Tour again this year. No classic due to Florida insurance increase. I'll watch all the videos and quietly steam at home. Maybe next year, I hope as time grows short.
Great to see you wrenching on this Gem with Mike. Good progress but it's still far too loud to go cruising 2,000 miles. Besides, don't you want to have some tunes going while you motor down the highway on Power Tour?
Oh I'm so old. Here is Randy wanting a Prawler as his childhood dream car. Mine is a 1970 Ford Galaxie or a 1975 Chrysler Valiant Regal with either the 265 or 360.
That is a nicely build ‘40 Chev street rod! Yo7 might want to lower the idle a bit more, I think it might fighting you a bit when you go to a full stop. It will make the transmission’s life easier. I am looking forward to you getting that Prowler! I’ve never driven one, but they look great! Hey Santa! How are you feeling? Peace, DrRick
Overhaulin' had a couple of episodes where the actual owners of edelbrock delivered some engines to Chip Foose to use in some projects. A few projects. Overhaulin' crew even made a visit to the edelbrock factory.
A tool you should add to your set is a vacuum fluid extractor. It would be perfect for brake fluid, power steering fluid etc changes with no mess to clean up after.
I had a prowler the only things I didn't like was absolutely no trunk and definitely no leg room under the hood good luck working on anything but its realy cool and fast I think it was a 3.8 it was black
Man I like that old Chevy that is such a well-built hot rod no corners cut in before you start messing with that headliner which probably by the time you see this have already done so take a tune interior shop let them do it mechanical's one thing but when it comes to interior like that let the pro do it
Im acctully flabbergasted bc i waych every ep even the e bike and scooter yet i barley relize that the caddy aint around or the sl600 like i dont ever remember seeing them go or its just my dementia kicking in
Randy. Confused. When you first showed this car you said totally restored. The engine brand new at $10,000. You stated you were going to replace the 20 year old belt with a new one. How can an old belt be on a new engine?
The air cleaner housing that was on it when you got it is way better and much more interesting then that cheap looking chrome one and for sure way more interesting and unusual. Big down grade to use the cheap looking very ordinary every low end part store chrome housing. Why???
Michael just seems like the type of person that always makes everyone around him feel good.
A real life Santa who works on cars rather than riding a sleigh!
Can we have a price breakdown video Randy, always interesting to listen to the wins or losses etc and to see what your motors fetched at Auction? Love the 40 Chevy!!
Don’t EVER get rid of the ‘40 Chevy! Such a beautiful ride! This could bring you YEARS of joy!
Unfortunately you and I both know that he'll get rid of it as soon as he gets tired of it.
This was a blast to watch... "How is my grille" cracked me up. Santa and Randy at their best. Hilarious moments. Watch.
Im glad you're making sure that you're doing preventative maintenance on the hot rod. Whomever had that vehicle, put some money into her.
Screw the haters! More '40 Chevy content please! She is a beauty!
The chrome air cleaner looks fine.
Robert F looks cheap and every low end parts store to me. The original one for myself is way better and not seen on every wannabe hot rod like the cheap chrome one is. Big down grade
Nice too see the car almost ready for power tour and great friends too help out 🙂
Hotrod Power tour 2023 is just around the corner 🙆🎬🔥🔥🚘👍. Salute Randy & 🎅😎

Hey Randy adjust your headlights since you raised the front end up so the light are where they should be and loving the old Chevy and god bless
I bought a beautiful 1960 Mercury Monterey with original papers from you in 1990. I drove that car home and it was a very beautiful car

Good to see Santa's Workshop!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Glad to hear you are turning cars over. Congrats on the sales.
Mike such a nice guy and great help! She’s a awesome looking resto mode!
I LOVE that 1940 Chevy Randy.
If you don't have the time to do the belt, bring it with you if need it. Looks like a great ride, you are very happy with it, and that is what counts.

Hello Randy and Mike aka Santa's Workshop. Let's see if you can get everything fixed on The 1940 Hot Rod. I love The 1940 Chevrolet Resto Mod Hot Rod.
Good job Randy. Between 825 and 850 is a good Idol for a 350
Loving these videos great work. Looking forward to the next one !!!
Good job in getting your power tour ready Randy 😎😎👍👍
Good & Entertaining Video Randy & Santa Michael You Was Saying The Lyrics To My Favorite David Allen COE Song
Randy and Mike great combo
Looks good sounds good good job guys
HOLY SMOKES! How can you grab on to the end of that oil dipstick after its been cookin' by that header???? Keep an asbestos glove in the glovebox! Sweet car. Props to Michael for being that guy who's always willing to lend a helping hand!
I really want to see a Plymouth prowler on the channel hopefully he wins it

On your front wheel bearings you need nut locks to keep the nut from backing out. Nice car 29:15
I love this car 🤘.
I love that car keep it coming
Great to see you wrenching on this Gem with Mike. Good progress but it's still far too loud to go cruising 2,000 miles. Besides, don't you want to have some tunes going while you motor down the highway on Power Tour?
Glad you turned down the idle
It will require a little less effort on the brake pedal we hike idle.
Looking forward to more content on the 40's hotrod
Looking good keep up the fantastic vlogs
Santa on a classic car!??? With randy LFG GREAT content!!!!!
Oh I'm so old. Here is Randy wanting a Prawler as his childhood dream car. Mine is a 1970 Ford Galaxie or a 1975 Chrysler Valiant Regal with either the 265 or 360.

cut outs exhaust all day on this vehicle ❤

Overhaulin' crew even made a visit to the edelbrock factory.
I'm kind of partial to the 40, as I have a 40 Chevy Town Sedan project that is currently stock but will be getting mods in the future
I'm not bored with your content.
Tip- use a plastic cup to remove the oil filter, no more oil dripping down your arm.
Vary awesome indeed. Keep up the great work. Okay.
A tool you should add to your set is a vacuum fluid extractor. It would be perfect for brake fluid, power steering fluid etc changes with no mess to clean up after.
Hope you sorted the locking nut on the front hub !!
Randy we're all hoping you found the right type locking nut for your wheel bearings
Great job Randy and Michael, the car is looking awesome.
Randy did you end up sorting out the front wheel Bearing Nut Retainer ?
Love tge 40 Chevy Randy. Sure would have used different brand of tie rod ends on this car. They will likely be lose after the tour.
I had a prowler the only things I didn't like was absolutely no trunk and definitely no leg room under the hood good luck working on anything but its realy cool and fast I think it was a 3.8 it was black
He reminds me exactly of Santa Claus in the way he does that Ho ho Ho ho thing.
Man I like that old Chevy that is such a well-built hot rod no corners cut in before you start messing with that headliner which probably by the time you see this have already done so take a tune interior shop let them do it mechanical's one thing but when it comes to interior like that let the pro do it
I love the chevy
Hey randy, you haven't done a video from your unless house for a while, how's it doing?
I am curious, Randy, did you make any money on the Leaf?
Amg all day ❤❤❤😊 keep up good work mlck 😅😅😅😅😂😂😂😂😂
Hi Randy
Put some zzz top music
Very nice car
Did you do new mufflers?????
Hi randy today I went to an auction I saw this 2019 ram 1500 I believe it had 60k miles on it and I was wondering if you take another ram
I always set idle by turning on all accessories and having someone put it in gear and set the idle the lowest that is comfortable
I saw the mufflers being too short when you first showed them 😂
Another great repair by the Oklahoma Super Mechanics!!
Your transmission gear indicator display in your rear view mirror is off by maybe one gear.
RANDY CHECK The CASTLE Nut On THE FRONT WHEEL
Fixed that like 2 weeks ago
@@AutoAuctionRebuilds ok pal I would hate to see anything happen to that beautiful car , it's my dream car
Awesome!!!!!!!
Im acctully flabbergasted bc i waych every ep even the e bike and scooter yet i barley relize that the caddy aint around or the sl600 like i dont ever remember seeing them go or its just my dementia kicking in
Love the car.
Can you do Aline's sale on thzakiya? For the money you put and storage
Hopefully, Santa goes with you and monkey wrench Mike to the power tour cruise!! Curious of your going to keep the old hot ros or sell it as well!?!!
You should get a scan gauge. Plugs into obd2.
Love it
Did you fix that front wheel bearing nut retainer??
You got just the guy
Randy did you get the casel nuts for the front hubs so they will not losen up any my
Took care of it 2 weeks ago
Good friend
Where is the video for the f-550?
That;s it Rhadyt! Get your hands dirty!!
Randy. Confused. When you first showed this car you said totally restored. The engine brand new at $10,000. You stated you were going to replace the 20 year old belt with a new one. How can an old belt be on a new engine?
The build is 20 years old. 20 years ago the engine was new as well but its only got 3k miles.
Exhaust shop to put those mufflers on.
Castle nuts Randy
Randy as a car lover.. I have 1 thing to say.
I would never sell this car.
Randy, if you come across the Edelbrock booth, they could point you in the right direction, or just call them.....
Hell no Randy, the more I see it the more I love it. Hey Michael! 😎👌👍P.S I think you guys did a wonderful job. 👍
RANDY missing a bulb to be replaced in the dashboard, temperature light.
Do you still have your bike
i just noticed that the trunk h
handle is off a p/t criuser
Great job by you both.great car.😊
What would you ever do without Santa
Disappointed that you sold the Caddie. My fiancee and I love our car.
Bled brakes incorrect, start at right rear and work your way to front
It’ll be fine
The Cadillac breather is a desirable item and you could sell it a fair amount if you don’t want to keep it.
I would get rid of the edelbroken EFI kit and put the Holley EFI sniper kit on it more modern easier to tune and better technology
The air cleaner housing that was on it when you got it is way better and much more interesting then that cheap looking chrome one and for sure way more interesting and unusual. Big down grade to use the cheap looking very ordinary every low end part store chrome housing. Why???
Because it’s my car my money and my channel. Any questions?
Punch a few holes in the bottom of the oil filter. Let drain a few minutes. No oil in your arm pit.
You can add resonated exhaust tips to reduce drone by as much as 10db.
hi randy
Nice 🥰
