That nose cone alone is a work of art. The curve is |perfectly gorgeous| Best looking bush planes, imo, with ideal options.

This was an excellent deep dive! Very exciting (for me) to see Garmin with autopilot in a CC Cub. That view ahead, over the nose! No more zig zag taxiing!

Love the Cub. I'd like one powered by the Lycoming, only because I don't know enough about Rotax engines. Gotta be a tail dragger, too!

I’m not a fabric covered airplane guy, but this is a beautiful airplane on the west and well appointed. My only comment is on ergonomics. I don’t understand why the instruments that are tactile, meaning needed to be operated while your right hand is on the stick is on the right side of the panel? The GPS and auto pilot should be on the left side so they can be utilized with the left hand as the right hand is on the stick.

So the Carbon Cub is a steel frame, aluminum ribbed, fabric covered airplane. What makes it a "Carbon Cub?"

It is no doubt an awesome airplane but just no excuse for them costing that much . They could sell them at half that cost and still make a ton of profit. Its a shame rhey take that approach. Its like they want to keep carbon cubs in the "elite club". What they dont realize is if they would offer them at a reasonable price, the other manufacturers couldn't sell one quarter of the planes and kits they offer because everyone is trying to get that carbon cub performance at one tenth the cost. Its relatively easy to do. One thing about a carbon cub, anyone shows up in one you know right away they are rich. Its truly sad that companies can price airplanes so high that it drives the entire market up to unattainable levels to so many would-be pilots.
