After all the other fixes this worked well because it pointed me in the right direction... finding the crash report. The latest crash was due to monitor not being HDR. I changed the refresh rate to 60, go to windowed mode (which probably didn't matter in my case), and lower my resolution as my monitor was not HDR. The game now runs perfectly and is stable without any issues.
That’s a crazy story!! I haven’t had any issues lately, but nice to have another resolution for others that might have the issue!
So in the end we're beta testers because that's what it amounts to. I've been trying since yesterday to get this game running on Game Pass and it hasn't started once. I even had a hard crash, with the PC restarting. The GPU crash report to which you refer doesn't tell us much and the very last thing I'm doing is to DDU the Adrenaline drivers and reinstall them from zero. I've even read reports of people of formatting their hard drives and reinstalling Windows. Oh, please!
If that doesn't fix the problem, then the game, along with Battle net will be binned permanently.
I simply don't have any more time to waste on this nonsense, although I do appreciate you pointing out the error log and how to find it. No one else seems to have pointed that out. Cheers.
can't even find the activision folder anywhere
Try typing AppData instead it worked for me
Best solution I found to stop crashing is uninstall the dog sht game and move on to something better

I was on battlenet and it rarely crashed. Now on xbox pc app and it's constantly crashing. Uninstalled battlenet, everything is updated, multiple repairs, registry scans, reinstalled the game and still doing it, even in safe mode. Had enough now.
I've heard Steam might be better. I already bought all my games here though..

@@barkano3779 i haven't sorry. Having the same issue on blk ops 6 beta. Must be an issue with cod and the xbox app because i don't have any issues on other games.
Today my game crashed 3 times. Total SR loss with suspensions -180SR. This game is amazing…
edit: I might have found a way for Ps5. Not sure only tested it once. Look on youtube videos about “clearing game cache Ps5”. Do this every 2 weeks or so, and it should fix the game crashing a lot. I did this once after my triple crash I mentioned above. Fixed the issue for about 3 weeks then started to crash again. Hope this helps

I use the banana one! Funny enough.. this one allows me to the ability to send game discord and my mic over to my streaming pc. While I can limit Spotify to just my ears. Pretty cool! I do not know enough about it to go in-depth though. I watched a video somewhere to figure it out. (It’s also great for turning up the volume for trying to maximize footsteps. I’m not very good at that stuff though.)

Update everything possible. Reinstall the game, reinstall graphics card drivers. Change actual in game graphics settings to low.
I get this directX error a ton, do you have any idea what the cause of this is, I have a ryzen 9 5900x rx 6950 xt. I’ve reinstalled the game many times, and today fully rest my entire pc and still was crashing. I’m really thinking about switching back to nivida gpu because I don’t remember having as many issues with that card.
I switched to NVidia 3060 from my 6750 and my issues went away. Just swapped back to my 6750 for the BO6 Beta because I wasn't getting many frames. About 90. In Mw3 I get enough I don't feel an issue.
Is Driver Booster 11 application a good thing to fight against those crash ?

@Prophecy_Gaming Well, I finally got my call of duty to stop crashing. Your video was very informative and knowledgeable. My issue was I did not save my setting in the Bios, and I turned the Vram up to 6G. Running so smooth, with no lag 💪💯💪
Yes. I play on ROG Ally Z1 Extreme and it works, yet crashes often. The Legion Go is somewhat more equipped for this game than the ROG, and I think you should be fine trying it. I have been getting ~75-115 fps on mine. Rarely drops frames (on lowest setting of course).
mine crashes alot. says my gpu is overclocked but isnt.
I had this issue also. Found out my GPU was factory overlocked. Had to lookup what the base model was and what the speed was suppose to be. And I tried that and had better results. I did end up forgetting to apply the “tune” and crashed many times. So I had a 3060 still so I threw that in my PC and haven’t had issues. Had a 6750XT before.

You need to get into your appdata folder. If you google how to find %appdata% it’ll show up and explain easier than I can.

The game itself is good but the devs are full of shit. I encounter a crash and I can't play anymore.
