not going to lie, I was very skeptical about this, I have seen lots of videos like this that didnt help at all, or even made things worse. But after watching this I went from 90 fps to a solid 140, THATS CRAZY!! tysm
@@kinslayer_06so you go to the telemetry tab in interface I believe, or you can search up telemetry in the search bar, then you choose to customize and you see a little switch that says fps. Turn that on 👍

I was literally being nerfed for over a year had this mad fuzzy grain look on my game and I couldn’t figure out what it was ! Running a 7800x3d and 4080 super and it felt like I was running it in 720p sometimes. The difference in quality after this was absolutely insane! Thank you I don’t know what fixed it, maybe it was the fedility cas strength or the render core count in the config files ?
In general - nvidia DLSS and AMD FSR 2.1 are great options - they actually reduce latency AND can make the game sharper with very little loss to visuals such as power lines looking strange, fences being a little strange (rarely). I suggest if you are getting (for example) 125 fps and you have a 144hz monitor, I would turn on DLSS to quality mode and prioritize the fps over the slightly worse visuals
@@beastykid113I think hes confusing it with DLSS 3.0 - this version, uses ai to make fake frames that go in between the real frames, however these frames arent what is actually happening in the game, so it is a bit of latency whilst you wait for the real frame to show real information
@@wasdc Yeah DLSS 3.0 has Frame Generation which is the technology that increases input latency (but gives you more frames), not worth it for a competitive shooter. DLSS w/o Frame Gen & FSR 2.1 should not increase your input latency.
I’ve heard different things about the render worker count. A lot of the tech optimization RUclips channels are saying that it is different for this game, and it is supposed to be your threads, instead of core numbers. I have no clue. Also, in the nvidia controller panel…power management mode, in global settings this should be left on normal. And then add cod to the program settings tab, and change it to prefer max performance there. As well as a few other options. Again, I don’t know much about it but from what I understood in the research I’ve done….it made a lot of sense when the explained why and how it worked.
You know I actually just realized I forgot to show my cod nvidia settings because I have a few things changed just specifically for the cod program. The power management one being one of them
Honestly this was one of the most informative and helpful videos I’ve seen. Thank you for the tips in the nvidia control center, the vibrancy is a night and day difference. I love it! Also have noticed much steadier frame rates by realizing I had a gpu bottleneck and was not helping it
Man this is the best explanation of settings I’ve came across. I’ve tried multiple different videos and it’s actually made my pc performance tank. I have a 240hz monitor but only can get 120-180 frames in warzone hopefully this will help!!!
Cap thanks for doing this I've been on console since the first ever cod and I just recently got my first pc... ryzen 7 7800x3d and a 7900xtx and I kept getting a high cpu error from warzone while playing and this video helped out so much man thanks alot ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
idk if u figured this out since this was a while ago, but if you have the "medal" clipping software, you need to force close it from task manager and it should be available. Hope this helps!
So what are the correct bottle neck numbers you want to be looking for on gpu and cpu? Also what’s the desired need for the bean and ram usage when benchmarking?

So this really worked great for me and raised my FPS pretty well but after one or two games it crashed and the game never launched again. I have tried everything including verifying the files and nothing worked and i had to redownload the game. It finally fixed and i tried to change in game settings that you have shown but the config ones, it seems they were the problem also they are the ones that raises the FPS most. So be careful changing config files.
hey bro is there a way to have the saturation settings only affect my games? Everything else i use like youtube & web searching is saturated now too lol. Maybe a profile setting you can switch on when playing games?
By the way just letting people know, Vsync does NOT cause screen tearing, it removes it. If you have screen tearing, you should see if you can get G-Sync, FreeSync, or Adaptive Sync to work with your GPU and monitor, but only if that doesn't work should you turn on Vsync if the screen tearing is really bothering you. About the latency issues, Vsync will force the game to render frames in a linear, frame-by-frame fashion, while having Vsync off will let the game render as many frames as it can, regardless of whether or not the last frame has been completely shown on your screen. ‼TL:DR - Keep Vsync off unless you have screen tearing, try Adaptive Sync, if that doesn't work, use Vsync.‼
@@TCaptainX Nah you're good you did clarify, but I just wanted an excuse to explain more in depth why and when to use Vsync, good video with good explantions for each setting though ❤
