Ek video IIM student k day ya regular life par v banaiyega ki waha kaise ek day gujarata hai and overall kya kya sikhne ko milta. In a video, you had told that when you were getting admission in IIM Ahmedabad, your family was not in favour and they asked you to do mba from locality, but you convince them and go for mba in IIM Ahmedabad. I'm also in a similar situation just like yours, actually I have completed my first year from a very third class private college, but, now I want to change my college in second year. But when I discussed it with my parents, they completely denied it. So, can you please tell me how you convince your parents or please give me some suggestions. I'm a cat 2024 aspirant.

I'm not certain what the issue is with switching or pursuing a degee from a not so reputed institute. It is perfectly okay and doesn't cause any issues during selection process. Your skills, values and presentation is what matters during interviews. You can groom yourself and learn these via various ways including but not limited to: - courses - internships - workshops - training programs - volunteer work - freelancing - tutoring - competitions - quizzes - organizing events
