Chen Tai Chi 18 Form was created by Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei from Chenjiagou. It is a simplified version of the traditional Chen Lao Jia Yi Lu 74 Form.
This form is suitable for beginners as it is short and contains all the basic Chen Tai Chi movements. Once you have master this form, it is easy for you to learn the Chen Lao Jia Yi Lu because you would have a good foundation.
