Kevin, thank you so much for the kind words, I appreciate the work that you have done for me and getting me back on the road. But, the true legend is Kevin-Albert Williams!! Wishing you a speedy recovery buddy. 👍
👍👍 Absolutely amazing to watch you work. The only time I did a clutch replace was around 1975 on a Ford Cortina I think it was. An inline to the rear axle. Never had such a thing as a clutch compression tool. After a few choice words, I got it done and done right. Great little car! One thing that is strange to me is.... the cars in UK don't seem to have rust and thus makes your job easier. In Ontario, Canada...... our vehicles are rust buckets. A job like that will likely include CV axles, ball joints and control arms. Very likely Rotors and Calipers as well! Cheers from across the pond. 🍁🍁 So a 54 minute video...... How long did that job really take????
I can tell you there’s plenty of rust on Uk cars especially back in the 80s n 90s they would always fail mot on welding etc… Majority cars now are all new and on lease…. I’ve done a few clutches and always a nightmare of a job this guy makes it look easy… His knowledge is amazing keep up the good work….❤
Hi... Your channel is great... Is it necessary to fix the synth during manual clutch replacement in Corsa c 1.3 cdti diesel? Can the clutch be replaced without completely lowering the transmission?
My old man always said. Be VERY careful of wish to be a tech. Only stupid mecs become techs... Thank you for early upload. Was very happy to see this halloween treat from you Kevin. Hope things ok with you and family. Regards from Sweden.
I always have a little poke at Techs just for fun really. Suppose they’re the wild lions of the zoo whilst mechanics roam the Great Plains of the African Savannah .. 😁🍻 Always great to hear from you mate. Thank you for asking. God bless and have a lovely Halloween 🎃
@@WMCS We are both on same level. Loved to mae fun of techs and also bosses I had before I started my own co. Long time ago now. Still funny wehen I think of it. One (mech) tech Iv been following here on YT really crack me up every video he post. I often think that he might check your chanel out he might just learn how things work regarding european brand cars. Check carwizzard out if you want to have some laughs. Make sure to have a coldsnack and popcorn ready hahaha Some toutubers just like drama and some like you are just raw real deal. Prefer your content every day of the week.
Hey mate, sorry for the different topic but I saw u changed a clutch on a Citroen c4 2007 2.0 HDI, I did the same as you but now I have a issue the car does not start, the engine moves freely with hand, nothing is blocking anything. I recorded a video if there is a way to share it with u or do u have in mind what it could be? Cheers
Seems that the lower Controlarm on the Left side was not mounted correctly in the past. You should push him down instead of lifting him up. The Bushings wil wear out fast.
