Now with the doping scandal going on we have Pan who's went sub 47 multiple times..... he may not have been on the 23 that were flagged before but something is fishy here. I think all nations athletes should be tested every 2 weeks for 20 weeks prior to the Olympics while also being tested upon arrival.
