Its the West LA courthouse it was an actual courthouse until like 2012 or something where budget cuts shut it down and illegal to skate until 2014? i think nike SB made some deal with the city not to tear it down but the whole plaza/courthouse area can still be sold off to a developer because jerry brown passed some bill 2309 to allow LA county to make that decision since 2018
