Hello there friend how are u doing I hope ur doing great and God bless u I'm a big fan of ur videos stay safe
I hope you feel better right away. My daughter almost died from a ruptured apppendix.
Young Lady you need to stop apologizing for something you could not control. We're all very very glad that you are going to recover. Thnx👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
Young lady you're the only reason why I watch is this movie cuz I got a kick out how you work on cars and stuff and God bless you
She can't help it, she's from Minnesota. She's practically Canadian. 🤣
@@firemanjeffgg2440 lol! Is that true for Wisconsin too?
@@vernchaput6368 Probably worse! Bet the Moose hunt and Ice Fish in Wisconsin! Oh, and LOVE Hockey! That's about as Canuck as you can get!🤣
Did you get the jabs these last 2 years? I hope not.
I don’t care how long it is between videos, it’s always great to see one. 😊 I love seeing the truck rock as the engine revs!
its like a special treat when there is an upload :)
👍❤️
It's always a great day when Mook uploads a new video
It's a Christmas Mook!
👍🥰
I hope this doesn't sound too corny, but Mook's excited face when the truck finally started up and ran was immeasurably precious. Also so glad to hear you're okay!
What is one thing that IS "measurably" precious?
Never knew preciousness was measurable.
@mwilliamshs she's so damn cute she broke the cuteness/precious meter. It pegged the needle and shattered the glass. The meter is blown. As a result, there's no proper way to measure her precious adorableness.
best wishes on your recovery Mook, glad you caught it in time
👍❤️
The number 1 thing I love about Mook is how fast she can fire back funny comments.
-"You won't have to change your door keys".
-"You're dorky". LOL!!
👍❤️
Kevin and Mook are really great examples of how people should treat each other in a relationship.
I hope they last forever. They are lucky to have each other.
I was just thinking about how lucky they are that they have such common interests, and they have such a good time working together as partners.
Did you see his engagement ring?
He went to O’Riley’s….😂
Calling each other stinky??? 😁. You're absolutely right, at least on camera (and I suspect off camera too because it doesn't seem forced at all) they get along, help each other out, and harass each other but take it in stride because they both know it's all in fun.
@@Torsee auto zone parking lot will be site of reception
I've greatly appreciated yours and Kevin's videos whilst in and out of hospital with Leukemia, so I'm glad you're through that hurdle, and I hope you feel better soon. Cheers.
Hi "MOOK", so good to see you again! Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you all !
Happy holidays!!
@@JunkyardMook wishes for a speedy hecking recovery!!!!
And we will look forward to more updates on BF-1
and remember....TRUST IN THE POWER OF THE BOOGER TO GUIDE YOU 💖💖
Get well soon
👍😍
Hello Mook, first of all get well soon! And you don't have to apologise so often for an appendicitis! What many content makers don't know is that the real fans and subscribers have a lot of patience and always understand when the content maker has another life besides RUclips. You're doing it just right and we're happy to wait for a new video, no matter when it comes.
Mook's low energy is miles more energetic and enthusiastic than 98% of my exes
That's mook for ya
And yet strangely... YOU married all of your ex-wives. Perhaps you should look in the mirror and get to know yourself before potentially screwing up more of your life. And that of yet another woman! Peace & good vibes! 🤔✌🏻👨🏻🔧
- Max Giganteum
@@MaxGiganteum lol no, I never married. But nice try, I hope she sees this bro.
❤️🥰
@@MaxGiganteum quoting yourself in a RUclips comment is pretty fuckin weird behavior
Take care of yourself, Mook! And love the truck! You two make a great team...Kev's depth of knowledge never ceases to amaze! 👏 And your humor is hilarious 😂 Hope the kitties all find good homes, too.
Glad you are ok and hope you are feeling better. Thanks for the video, enjoy seeing the progress of this truck. 🇺🇸🍻
👍❤️
The fact that you put out a video at all after a major surgery is amazing thank you so much
👍❤️
I wish you a quick recovery Mook. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all!
👍❤️
She sounds great Mook & its nice to see you smiling again ! Prayers for speedy recovery from the surgery ! My sisters burst & she was in hospital 7 days it was that bad !
You make me smile. I'm glad you're recovering well after your operation.
👍❤️
Man she sounds mean with that holley Terminator Efi system wow carb fireball almost took Kevin eyebrows Off @21:18 @Junkyard Mook @Junkyard Digs
I really can’t explain my fascination with vehicle mechanics stuff like this. I’ve never been able to repair engines or anything. But you two are So entertaining and endearing.
Is that a motorcity mechanic Sweatshirt there Kevin ? @9:57 @Junkyard Digs @Junkyard Mook
Just the video I needed just had to bury my aunt so mook your positive energy and outlook along with Kevin and your friends really help me stay positive
JFC dude, some things you don’t have to share… 🤦🏻♂️
👍❤️
Went full wizard and wired the whole truck lmfao 🤣 Kevin @Junyard Digs @Junkyard Mook
Sounds like it's got a 3/4 cam in it and that turbo wine Noise is probably the Carb not Tightened Down @Junkyard Mook @Junkyard Digs
Feel better Mook. We love you.
👍❤️
Hi Mook & Glad Your Feeling Better. Hey was Wondering did Your Boyfriend ever Get You Your Real Ring? Was Just Curious Never Heard. I Love Your Truck & Video's! They are So Great to Watch. Happy Holiday to You, Your Boyfriend & Family.
Mook Mookie Boze-am-book.. Banana-nana Bo-bam-book😒 don't mind me..... It was a ROUGH Friday night.. I had the song in my head.. just couldn't spell it out 🤣 I'm a Kook Mook !!! Giggity
Glad you're ok Mook. I had the same thing happen when I was in 4th grade. I was sick at school and everyone thought I was faking. After a couple days of being sick I went to the Dr and they rushed into emergency surgery. My appendix was about to burst. Luckily it didn't and everything went well. Glad yours did too. I remember the worst thing was coughing after the surgery. Hurt like hell.
Hopefully she had the revised surgery three small incisions instead of one large one. Had mine removed 19 years ago,now 51. Recovery was quick.
@@craigwiess1656 Yea I have the one large. Now its a lot different. Like you said small incisions.
I'm 70 never had my appendix out. Either of my kids either.
@@craigwiess1656 Another vote for laparoscopy here. X mine had burst but, "wrapped" itself up & recover was optimal. Still suggest you give 6-8 months to let those muscles repair & then restrengthen them. Won't hurt to take it easy until Spring.
👍❤️
Mook is hilarious and cute. Thanks for y'all's content.
Lord, continue to hold Mook in Your healing hands.
Amen 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏
Everytime I see that mook has posted a new video it just absolutely makes my entire day😊
Hope you feel better Mook having your appendix removed now fun @Junkyard Mook
GOOD ON YOU ALL! Thank you on behalf of all the cats whose lives are so much better thanks to you. Thank you for the huge smile on my face now, too.
Come on Mook where the hell are you? We’ve missed you! We need to see the green 1978 ford!
Love you all. Rest up and recover my dear friend. I'm sure Kevin is taking wonderful care of you. Merry Christmas to you all.
🥰❤️
"This thing has been so hard and stiff to crank" STOP IT! 😂 you can see Kev used white grease on the ignition as there's white grease finger prints round the ignition switch 😅.
Get better soon Mook, take it easy in the meantime.
Praying for a quick recovery. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, Junkyard Crew!
❤❤👍
Awesome job Mook, truck sounds amazing. Not sure if I missed it, but is there a parts list for this upgrade somewhere?
Hope you are healing well and doin better. It's always a good day when a new Mook video appears. You guys make any day a little better, thanks.
No TV pressure will cause the direct clutches to burn out immediately transmission will not blow up but you will definitely have to rebuild3rd gear The early units had a gromit that would fall apart when they got old I was a transmission builder for 30 years
Wishing you a swift recovery, Mook; I can hear in your voice how much pain you are in 😕
👍❤️
Old coil pack don't throw it out ! I'LL buy it from you or give it too me in California 93591
Mook.. i love you. The skills, the love for animals.. you and Kevin are hands down my favourite couple on youtube. Your compassion guves me feels, and that is for the better. Just keep being you and you guys are gonna keep growing. I intend to donate when I can, but for now, i love the content you and your posse create. Stay strong, heal up, we need more Mook.
I want the Gambler car fixed! Pontiac LeMans Rocks Cool
it just shows how tough you are back in the garage after surgery, keep up the great work guys. I hope you get better very soon Mook
👍❤️
That’s a nice Truck now. I heard the appendix is a storage place for Probiotics in case it all gets wiped out in the intestines the body will release some from storage.
2 Months and no content for channel? You should put your heads together with Kevin and go back and forth dropping videos on each other's channels. Maybe even a "Behind the Scenes" type content now and then to show what Kevin had been up to by chasing him with a camera if you can keep up
Appendixes are like fuel pumps. They go bad all at once.
I just got a 90 f350 with 40000 orig miles same nose
When I do spark plug wires, I do the boot first then the clippy end. Still sucks but I am use to that way so it works for me. The Holley is still a TBI, but a very cool looking TBI spraying that fuel. I sure hope this lasts more than a couple hundred miles cause you are not going to be able to get a part to fix this very fast. Only downside to these. It is very cool and great video. Hope you are better Mook. We luv ya!
Mook I know how you feel I had the same surgery and it will take a while I hope you are doing well best wishes to you
White lithium grease is a good choice. It’s what used in old disk drives that also do surface-on-surface movement and lasts decades.
The -25 weather we have had here in Wyoming last couple days makes me really want you guys to do a "will it start" video with the Holley system when it is -20 or so. I would really like to see how it handles that extreme cold weather.
join the cheap sled crew !!! I would ;ike to see you work on one and ride one !!! 10k like people. 50k to make it happen !!!
Your a real Cutie Pie and you know how too do stuff your a keeper forsure I allways enjoy your videos glad your feeling better.
Like to See her do one video by herself that would be awesome I know she can do it
Next time use alittle ky jelly it slides better than other stuff ! LOL
Ole Ford Sounds Good sounds like a Dragster LOL
Always great to see the mookster. Happy holidays to you and Kevin....
👍❤️
Sounds good with a exhaust but it sounded angry without 1
Nothing like a good Mook video on my birthday! cant wait for more from this truck, it helps me with my '89
That new Exhaust sounds Amazing So throaty and Mean beast Mode @Junkyard Mook @Junkyard Digs
Hey mook good to see you again like the truck good job
8:16 ignition switch is typically the issue
Funny thing is at 10:20 you sound like carl wheezer
Silicon grease is okay for ignition barrels
Come on miss mook ! You've gotta have something to show us ! Miss ya
Thanks your sharing my friend imazing is Vidio good thanks
Glad your appendix troubles are past - Hope you'll keep the vids coming 👍
What kind of fuel economy are you getting with this setup
I'd like to see that answer as well as power gain, is there any noticeable difference?
Just subbed Junkyard Digs and discovered Mook has her own channel. instant subbed.
Where did you go?.........
That's a Truck you keep forever
Moooook! My appendix went on me also.. worst pain ever!!! Feel better .. I got a nice 1993 Ford Flareside that you would love .. 302..4x4 ..auto..XLT .. black
If you wait more between episodes then they become more rare and more valuable. Glad to see our medical community didn't murder you. Long live Mook!
I'm glad you're (going to be) ok Mook. Appendixes suck. But I have to say this:
32:50 - OMG it's a green Musatng II Hatch! DUDES AND DUDETTES! A II in the wild and it's on Mook's channel!
Yeah, I know, worst Mustangs evar, but I had an Orange II hatch for my first car and I loved that junky thing. I still wish I had it, but alas, it was really REALLY bad, kept breaking, Dad had enough, gone, and that's when I got the '66 TBird.
Anyway. IIs are awesome, even though they're not. Want.
I had a '68 Ford Galaxie 500 convertible that I put Flowmaster Delta-Flow 40s on... 390 cu. in. V8... God it sounded GOOD!!! Unfortunately, because it was a convertible, they were just too loud and "drone-y" on the highway, so I eventually switched them out for 70s to tone it down a bit. But it still had that awesome Flowmaster rumble at idle. Love that sound!
Get well better and take care of your health, you see, since time and health are probably the two most precious commodities in our lives which neither can be bought or acquired
Excellent and fun videos
I totally feel your pain and frustration. I just gave up on my 91 E150 conversion because of all the STUPID gremlins involved.
It’s only got 86,000 original miles with a lot of life left, but I don’t have a lot of life left so it’s either going on marketplace or the scrapyard.
Good riddance to bad rubbish!
Merry Christmas , Mook and Kevin! I'm glad to see a new video.
Wishing you a quick recovery from that Stink Gland Removal Surgery!
Congratulations, bride-to-be...just remind Kevin the moment he says, "I do," "Yes, Dear.." begins here...
Hey Mook hope your ok? Not seen u in ages ❤️❤️
Mook, get the factory aluminum wheels and some Michelin 31x10.5-15's. They drive so nice with them. The aluminum wheels make a ton of difference with stopping and take off.alot less weight to tool around. the michelin's help alot with highway speeds.
Those ignition switch actuator arms in the Bricknose F-Series trucks are a royal PITA, and are one of the more common parts within the steering column's ignition switch section to break. Replacing it with a new one is always a good choice. I've done one on my 1988 F-150 before, and I can say they are thoroughly a pain.
I really dig the brick nose Fords. I'm kinda in need of another pickup so I'm keeping my eye out for one but with what I'm finding I'll probably settle for an aeronose.
BTW, I heard a rumor that Kevin is a pish. Can you confirm?
Were are you kid ? are you ok ?
White lithium grease will harden over time. Black engine assembly
lube will not. BUT, for your ignition switch linkage I would use Vaseline.
!
Sure wish you would upload ❤
I had some relays rust internally I believe, or the housings were full of water causing shorts on my Jeep with a custom electric fan setup when I was a Freshmen in College back in fall 2007. I accidentally mounted the relays upside down and I assume water got into them from when I used to wash my motor and it was causing all sorts of funky issues.
I really need to find me a Mook! Gorgeous and mechanically inclined. I love these videos on the F-150, keep up the good work!!
I love these Old Rusty Dusty Rebuilds....Keep them Coming Mook, and Hope You are Getting Better Soon...
And P..S... Winter SUCKS...But it So Much Fun to Play in, Work in Part that makes it SUCK...
1. Super cool to see how old tech (no computer crap) can be revived due to it's relative simplicity and continue to be useful. We had a '74 f150 w/inline six, I'd love to still have that. Bulletproof easy to maintain vehicle.
2. Jay Leno had to be hospitalized and nearly lost his eyesight messing with a distributor that was out of phase because he WASNT WEARING EYE PROTECTION and a fireball shot from the intake. I nearly did the same thing too many years ago. Mook wears her eyes when she's underneath, you should too when replacing/jackin around with the distributor.
So glad you're doing better Mook. Take care of yourself. Merry Christmas to you and Kevin. 😁👍🎄
👍❤️
Junkyard Mook_ beautiful 89F-150 for a beautiful kind hearted person. Glad your back wrenching, stay healthy, get well, Thanks for sharing your channel content.
Junkyard Mook, Kevin & help (Brother)_
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2023 to one and all.
Oddly enough I seen mook b4 digs …. Been wondering how this works with multiple different channels….
Glad to hear you are all healed up!!!! And, I love your channel. It's refreshing to see a young lady wrenching and fixing cars. It's becoming lost on a generation and getting everyone involved will help us all get back to it!! I know MY daughter can change a tire, a headlight, and her own oil. She's watched a few of your videos and is actually interested in my TR7 now. So, thanks!!
I put an edelbrock 1406 on my daily driver 2 years and 20,000 miles ago and messed with the TV cable till it shifted right by the road test and adjust method and haven't had a problem since
Yep, merry Christmas mook, and everyone she's involved with and I mean EVERYONE, LOVE YOU MOOK!!!
GRAPHITE POWDER!!!!!!! use graphite powder for lubricant in lock cylinders, wd40 is not a lubricant and pb'laster is a penetrate wich yes would work but not designed for long term lubrication, dry lubricant is the way to go, a small tube of graphite is cheap and will last y'all YEARS
Good looking old ford. you guys did some great work on it, I just had the rebuild the steering column In my old Chevy van. Have you guys ever built or rescued some old Chevy G 20 vans.
