The restaurant was originally built by Warren and Dave Cotner (the station was called Cotner's Corner, and contained Wee Willy's Hunting and Fishing) and was called Wimpy's. It was later Sherry's and Ginger's. Way before that, the corner was called Colonel's Corner.
Right now we are focusing on doing neighborhoods around Springfield but after we get through these we plan to cover some of those cities! The tough thing is that there isn't much to see but we can try!

What would help your videos for people who are interested in your business or wanting to move to the area: stop talking. Have a silent video and add a voice-over afterwards. We want valuable information about the area. Population, crime rates, memorable events, businesses (restaurants, gas stations, shopping, schools: number of students and extra curricular, etc). This is just a bunch of rambling and laughing and shouting over one another. I don’t want a party bus, I’d like to learn about the area. I’m middle aged but this video was stressful. My family is trying to make decisions about potential locations and this helped none. Highways and chitchat… I know this is was blunt but it’s honest feedback. I’d consider watching another one in the future if they’re made better.
Hello there, RN. We actually DO have a video that covers these exact topics! That's why we link it in the beginning of the video. If you are wanting to see a more in depth video about population, general information, schools, restaurants, grocery stores, activities, and a lot of really good information, the one on Willard is right here: ruclips.net/video/c1OYiN1n068/видео.html If you want some of the other suburbs we also have videos for: Nixa: ruclips.net/video/NKTIOanxmkQ/видео.html Ozark: ruclips.net/video/FhI3LsMdrKY/видео.html Republic: ruclips.net/video/iF3pWmTmw50/видео.html We create these driving videos with the intent so that people can have the chance to actually see what these areas look like for themselves. But these videos we linked go more in depth on these areas, so they should be helpful. 😁
Chappell Roan is from Willard.
That's awesome!

Wimpys restaurant
That could be it!
Wimpys restaurant maybe?
Quite possibly!
I just take Division Street to EE to go to Willard Missouri out to the Clear Creek Cemetary where my mom is buried on Farm Road 97 .
A very popular street. 😁
And you didn;t even stop by to say "hi" ? Rumor has it there is a statue of Jesse in Willard somewhere
We did end up stopping, just not on camera 😂 .... I've not heard of the statue, but it makes me want to buy one and hide it!
Hog Tide BBQ is easily in top 2 or 3 in 417. Pizannos pizza and El Veneero by Murfins (I mean Apple Market) are also very very good.
We love it here in Willard 😌
Willard? Isn't Willard a suburb of Bois d'Ark? Republic Rules!!!
**Looking for the mute button 😝
Republic is FULL of pumpkin heads!
