I struck a gold mine, I found Tony Browns steel guitar medley, being 77 yrs old it sent me back to a time when things were simpler, the music more beautiful and the emotions were authentic and true. Thank you Tony.
When I lived in Hendersonville Tennessee, I used to go into Bobby Seymour's Steel Guitar Store, and once in a while he'd play some old greats , and this was one of them, Bobby has passed on now but his legacy will live on forever, and he became a very good friend that I miss talking to, a great Steel player if ever there was one.....R.I.P Bobby
Hi Tony you are like a good wine, you just keep getting better on the steel guitar I like the best, have a great day take care as always thanks for what you do .Brian
Fine memories brought back here my Dads Sister my favorite Aunt sounded like Kitty Wells. I loved her singing and playing guitar but seems we all lost that angel too soon. Tony this is a beautiful rendition of Making Believe. Fantastic Keep them coming.

So many fanastic players out there in the uk now .and so many have departed our planet . I play a little my self .we have a great psg club in gartcosh in scotland .with around .well i recon 15/18+players , You all now have to have a listen on line / to Bob Adams not just a fantastic player but a great Pedal steel builder and repairer , And theres Donny jonstone ..not to mention our Willie Gamble not just a great steel player but our in house comedian with great banter . And as a newbie. A couple of years ago myself .who and lacked in confidence and experience along with a few others. . But with willie and the lads, .who helped break the ice and gave us good tution and advice, We can only strive to sound as all the uks great Psg player
Many thanks Tony. I know by watching the videos Bob has posted on his channels that there are some great players In Scotland. I was a late starter really but been playing over 30 years now but, you never stop learnig , and I always play within my capability. It can all take time but, when it all comes together and you have that "feel" for the instrument, there's nothing more satisfying than playing steel guitar at whatever level. Thanks again for your comments and good luck with your playing.
Tony Browne Hi tony thank you for your reply on my coment .you and dave should be releasing a cd from all these videos and your backing tracks .would be a god send to us newbies to try play along to ..and beats listening. To half the gumpf on my truck radio...well apart form whispering bob that is .and his country. Hr ..magic ! There is a video of myself and my band / Rockville .. Belonged. To ken byng , But had to have it rebuilt. By bob adams as there were levers taken off and pull rods not doing what they should have. ., Ken was a special guest player few months after i had it rebuilt .but unfortunately..it was one of many meetning i had missed due to work and band commitments.I ,was gutted as i wanted him to have a play on the mci .also bought another black single neck . Then a coupl of months ago i missed. John davis ./BLAST . .but watched the video bob put up ..another great player . So hopfully. In the future you .yourself. Will be on the guest list . All the best and All the best and keep posting your tunes
@@tonytotten408 I remember that MCI, I was going to drive across town and buy it but the C6 neck being deconstructed put me off it. It was approx 5 miles from where I lived haha. I'm glad Bob put it right for you. He's one of the best techs in the country and I would have bought a push pull from him recently if I hadn't run into financial "priority" issues. I'm sure when Ken had it in his ownership it would have been a top guitar too. The guy from Leeds however, from my experience of talking to him, was a bit of a w*****.
Johnny Hogan plays this best. Nothing against you, but, he had a stroke and is working hard to get his fingers working again. He’s the best musician I ever met and had the good fortune to play together over the years. Hang in there my friend HOGY. THIS is dedicated to you.
Just a thought. I 'was' going to add previously, that hope she knew better. Just like a rock star 'groupie' ha ha ha ha. Thank you 'both' for the/a reply.

Beautiful !! Would love to learn how to play pedal steel but even after 23 years of playing guitar I think it will be the hardest thing to learn....
If you put your mind to it, anything is possible.
That is so pretty. Good job
