1991 F250 4x4 7.3D Shock Removal and Restoration Part 1

The goal is to prep and repair this truck for a full Safety Certificate. However, ride comfort is also a desire, so checking the shocks is high on the priority list. Will getting these shocks off for inspection require a cutting torch or just some simple good practices for dealing with rusty bolts. ‪@CaddyMan‬
