Race 2 Win! 2023 SCCA NER Lime Rock Paddock Crawl (SSM)

Welcome to the iconic Lime Rock race track in Connecticut! This was my first time here, and much to my surprise, I managed to take the victory in all three races of the weekend! This particular race was the second of the weekend.
I'm still experimenting with fuel levels, and as soon as the race started, my gauge went from half to less than a quarter, which scared the crap out of me. I was anxious the whole race, having to lift to save fuel. I'm not sure if I would've run out, but I certainly didn't want to chance it.
Luck was on my side - I ended up not running out of fuel, and the leader got taken out later in the race. Felt bad for him, but I was there to capitalize on the incident.
I race in the SSM class (Showroom Stock Miata) of the SCCA New England Region. Our class has the least form of modifications out of all the Miata's on track, which is why you see most cars passing us. There were only 5 of us at this race, and 34 faster Spec Miata's on track.

Hey Gabe, calculate your fuel burn by running a session with a full tank, fueling right after and taking the amount of fuel/time driven. Will give you your fuel burn hope that helps congrats on the wins dude 👍
