Btw when I get such dreams, I normally pat myself on the right shoulder and read a verse from Quran (it's a Hadith we Muslims follow - it's pretty detailed) but you should just try patting your right shoulder when you wake up from such dreams. It might help

Try regular chamomile tea, magnesium glycinate, and 200mg L theanine. That’s helps me sleep ☺️ I can’t drink melatonin. It also gave me bad nightmares
