Tom Hanks’ cameo in Big City Greens was mainly due one of his kids working as a writer on the show and his wife being a previous guest in another episode

For being a kids show, _Johnny Bravo_ had a weird amount of cameos by celebrities playing themselves. Like the guy said, kids will not recognize a lot of famous people so most kid's cartoons have the guest stars playing a character, but in _Johnny Bravo_ they just played a ridiculous version of themselves for 10 minutes and that was the episode. Shaquille O'Neill, Luke Perry, Adam West, Farrah Fawsett, Donny Osmond, and a lot more

I know it doesn't count since it's a youtuber collaborating with a youtuber, but it was in my mind the entire video, so I might as well mention that in the Mario 64/GMod machinima series SMG4 they got Nathaniel Bandy as a guest star(which isnt too strange especially since for a few years Nathaneil, along with Kevin, and Luke (two of the main people behind SMG4) were apart of the Minus World group of youtubers). For some reason, they got him to play the owner of a VTuber factory that makes anime waifus come alive. (This makes Nathaneil Bandy the second character who can do that)
I directly referenced Smiling Friends, it doesn't really count since it's made by RUclipsrs, so RUclipsrs aren't really a shock to see in the show. Doug doesn't count either way since he was a live action cameo not a voice
Can we all take a second to a lot Simpsons guest stars, recently there's too many horrible guest stars in the recent seasons including Lady Gaga (don't get us started on the worst Simpsons episode ever made), Lizzo (the 750th episode from Season 34 was very disappointing), Charli D'Amelio (people were SO mad when she appeared in one episode) and The Weeknd (which he played 2 characters in the episode "Bart the Cool Kid", i'm not a big fan of him anymore but I had to admit that the American Dad episode was pretty iconic).
