    These are great! They have a bit of a unique taste as one would expect but they are really good. Super fluffy too!

    This is very similar to pancakes I've been making for years. I use much less sweetener and I add small chunks of banana or apple. Outstanding.

    This are delicious! I put jam and cottage cheese on top to serve. I would add that they do need to rest for a few minutes after cooking, as this allows the middle to cook and set properly.

    Blend the wet mixture if you dont like cottage cheese consistency and add oat or coconut flour for healthier option.

    Your video skill is pure poetry. Brilliant mesmerizing work! How about Ricotta? and could one make this a savory cake? How would you serve it as savory? Maybe a fall sage infused with a mushroom gravy or pumpkin butternut squash medley over the top.

      Ricotta is a lot more smooth than cottage. It should work due to how eggs hold stuff together but I would try it with less of it as it could "slip" and turn into goop.
      Thats a great idea with shroom gravy. Maybe I'd go with hummus and olives to keep it simple

      Yes you can blend the cottage cheese. I usually blend all the ingredients together. I used almond flour, vanilla extra and banana extract. It taste so good :)

    All purpose flour is not good for you. Can I substitute almond flour?

    When I finished stirring in the dry ingredients my batter had the texture of (cooked) scrambled eggs, what happened? Had to put another egg and 1/4 to 1/2 a cup of almond milk to make it look right.

      I had the same thing happen with a recipe calling for crushed pineapple and more 2 eggs....it never made a pancake...just loose almost like thick grits. Total waste of time and eggs/etc

    Made these with gf flour and they came out soggy no matter how long I cooked them. Not good pancakes.

    I am Ukrainian, I have lived in the USA for 24 years. Our family still can't understand American recipes. We throw away almost 80% of ready-made food. I do not understand how you American eat this disgust. The Cottege Chees Americans make it like liquid. This Cottage cheese must have an almost crumbly consistency, NO LIQUID!!! Today I made cheesecakes and threw it away to the garbage because it's not possible to eat because of this liquid cheese.

      Try using almond flour? And Stevia for the sweet? A little tweak here and there you can still get a protein packed jack if you try. ; )

      egg
      cottage cheese
      psyllium husk powder // which can be subbed for chia seeds
      and butter or coconut oil
