I definitely love the Astro A30 I’ve been using it on PS5 it’s amazing. Good thing is with the app you can turn down the treble so it isn’t as ear piercing.
I made it and have to agree with your findings on the stealth 700 gen 2 - they are quite bass heavy but the sound is epic. If only they were a little more flexible!
@@Unfilterd for 2 years I've been using Steelseries Arctis 9x, but they packed up, I am very very disappointed. Choppy connection, cuts out on and off almost constantly. Upgraded firmware, factory reset, nothin fixes it. Does the same on other devices so nothin to do with my xbox or tv etc
I've honestly been pretty unhappy with my arctis nova 7x very uncomfortable, very tight fitting and the drivers rub against my ear, causing soreness on my lobe after only a few minutes, not flexible at all also quite terrible sound quality, the treble is very pitchy and the bass felt really weak I feel a bit out of place when everyone loves these headphones and then there's me having the worst experience with them
@@TheBlueOne217I agree with you, they are really uncomfortable, I always take one off because they are not comfortable and now they “unaligned themselves” and I can’t get to fit anymore.. going for the Astro
Been having build quality issues with the Xbox Wireless headset, great sound and love the features, but keeps breaking on me (gone through 3 already), now trying to decide between. The Razer Kaira Pro and the Astro A30
Steelseries has microfibre cups, a30 leather. A30’s can be a little sweaty. Soundwise the A30 is better, but the fit is less than on the Steelseries. Mic retractable on the nova 7, mic can be plugged in with the a30’s. So both are removable but the nova 7 easier. Bluetooth works perfect on both, design is subjective. Cup removal is superb on the A30’s with the magnetic system.
Which one do you think is best? Any questions? Let me know!

I’m just ready for Wicked Cushions for the A30s. I love the sound on the astros especially for story games and music.

Yeah the flexibility is the main issue with this one, snug fit though
Hi, great video. What do you consider the best headphones are for xbox console?
The steelseries, even budget models are very good

@@TheDukesOfDerbyshirethats a 9x issue multiple reviews talked about that issue i have had the arctis 7(xbox) since 2021 still works great

I’ve tried loads of different headsets and for me the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 sound the best and that cooling gel is great!
I agree, the fit and sound of that one is superb.

Really? Still on my first one here!
Also any headsets with many functions like Bluetooth noise canceling etc they will have to sacrifice sound stage
What are the differences between the steelseries arctis nova 7 and the astro a30?

I do
I do!
I DO
Astro a50s also not bad
I mean he said mid range for a reason
Don't waste money on gaming headsets. By some good ear buds. 20 bucks and they will sound better than any gaming headset gimmick as well as the mic .
They’re not comfortable to some people
I do!! 😂
