Quick one wakawaka... you guys keep talking about this legalisation as if its free I know you have to pay the sum of 200k to the Austria Embassy 🇦🇹... the thing I want to understand is when they finish legalising it, can I use it to apply to either Germany or luxembourg.. just like killing 2birds with a stone or it has to be done differently???

I have some confusion regarding few things i want to mention.
My fiancée is German and we plan to get married in Nigeria but my confusion is step by step procedure on how I can be able to get a family unification visa to German after our marriage, I’ve toured the internet and have seen so many procedures but still not clear on the right steps.
I really wish to find someone who have gone through a similar process to guide me i will so much appreciate i do not want to make mistakes, i really need this help as a soon as possible, someone please help me.
You have to go through a German language course up to A2 or B1 level, get your fiancée to get you a financial sponsorship letter, then you apply for reunion visa. Have it mind, visa appointment might take a while, but its a process worth taking . Hope this helps

What about, education gap? Like if someone graduated since like 10 years. How possible to gain admission. Is this education a barrier?
You have to explain the reason for the gap and what you have been doing in the interim

The POF has to be in account with your name doesn't really matter where. You have to go to Abuja to apply if you are in Benin Republic.

So basically the documents we need for verification are waec result, bachelors degree and transcripts before we apply for admission, one more thing sir, the entrance exam he said he wrote was it before or after he got the visa and how difficult is it, I would have asked him but his IG account is locked

Police report.
Birth certificate of your parents.

You’ll need to go to a court in Benin republic and then after that you’ll go to the ministry of foreign affair in Benin republic, after that you’d go to Benin embassy in Lagos
