I love the added ambience of the rain in the background. Also, got to say the edits are superb. No audio jumping around, nice and smooth. Thanks fir that.
@mikegeary8056 I've already got the batumi but now I am thinking about zadar envelope generator. Xaoc is so quality but your suggestion might have saved me some money in the long run :)
Robin, can I ask you a question about the SQ64, i read in a comparison to the launchpad, something about that the sq can't tweak on the fly, their exact wording is "Allows playing on a 5th channel while the sequencer is running. Not possible with the sq64: played notes are only output in record mode"
I don't use it with MIDI so I couldn't say, but the SQ64 isn't really a MIDI controller, it's a step-sequencer so i imagine you can only play notes into the sequencer for which you'd need a sequencer track - that sounds logical to me. But as I say, i don't actually know. You probably need something like the Arturia KeyStep Pro which is also a MIDI controller.
Your scope images are off in the LFO region because the inputs of your scope are AC coupled. With DC coupled inputs you should see actual square waves. Great video and module!
What is that Algo module that you are using as the sound source? I am very interested in that, but cannot find any info on it, at least not as the Algo module.
@@MoltenMusicTech Thanks so much! The RYK factory demo does not show the pretty sine-type sounds you were getting though. I like yours better! Also BTW, the Batumi II is a must have- what a cool module.
Ahh great to see my hometown and neighbouring town getting a shoutout in terms of module names!!

I do put a little bit of effort in :D
Oh heck.... there's another to add to the list. Been avoiding this one for far too long... It's going to happen. Robin, you are costing me a fortune!
I was going to buy the Ochd but you've convinced me .i want batumi 2
Get a Kermit mk3. Best LFO/envelope /oscillator module ever.

I bought the original a few years back and LOVE it. Might need to get the new version for my percussion skiff.

I've been using the SurgeXT 4 channel Lfo in VCV Rack. It might have been based on this except it has graphic knobs instead of physical sliders.

Great video and module!
I’ll check that out - the nts2 is not as simple as it could be
Very cool module. I love simple utilities that have multiple applications.
Cool testing/noodling/experimenting ! It opens me better to my Batumi 2 ! 👍🏻
Octōne is such a nice update, man. This was a banger of a trio!
By 25:45 I was floating.
Love my BATUMI … will consider this new twist 👍🏼🙂
This might be your best demo yet Robin, really nicely done! I think I’m sold…..opens wallet….sigh
