There is no question, this is the best video on how to change a coupling on a hot water circ. pump.
She makes it seem so easy to do. I have used these couplers for over 20 years and have never had
any comebacks. As she says, "they are much easier to install" especially if you are on a ladder. Even
more important when you are changing the larger horse power motors.

We have been using these couplers for over 30 yrs. They make servicing the old style
pumps worth while. Always check the motor mounts eccentricity . Especially the from one. (shaft end).

The original coupling in this video seems designed to fail with all of its complexity. The Spiralink coupler on the other hand is clearly
simpler in design and would likely have a very long service life. Good video of a product that deserves to noticed

Do you have to replace zagged motor mounts if using spiralink counper?

its best that you do...or at the very least pry off the front
motor mount and turn it 180 degrees. ( upside down, skinny part at the top)
