We all need our personal homes
Beautiful !!! But you should design with more grass, gardens, plants and trees !!!
More gardens and trees pls we need fresh air
What scares me about the construction is the use of bamboo for scaffolding. That means the building will somehow not be straight. Will the construction management provide the spec and certification of the bricks i.e cement/sand ratio for peace of mind.?
Why are Nigerians developers not building high rise buildings? These cheaper developments should be high rise apartments, you have more house in a smaller footprint.Nigerians are obviously not thinking about feeding themselves and other activities that would require land in the near futuure, everywhere is a sea of duplexes and bungalow. I love your fashion confidence, looking smart,casually.😅❤Cheers.
Nigeria has a lot of land still undeveloped. Also most of the required housing is for mid income earners. Once you start going higher, your price per square meter increases because of the need to support more load. You also have to factor in the facility management, and maintenance of high rises requires a different type of knowledge.
@@folahan007not all land need to be developed. Between chopping everything inside peppersoup and clearing many lands of natural vegetation, it’s little wonder there are no animals left. Mumu kontri people 😂
The video is great but the thumbnail is misleading it says $370M
You are doing such a mavelous job
Thank you.
Are there any worth while real estate developments in Eastern Nigeria that you could profile? We Igbos in the diaspora are no longer convinced that investing in Western Nigeria is a safe option.
Sad, but true
There’s many people who want to own a home. With time it can start
Any investments in the western is no go for me
I think the house price is going to crash. Too many houses been built. Not good for the market.
@@Superpius91not possible the rate of real estate development just meets 20% of the demand ..
Confidence any plan that Eden Oasis will hit Calabar soon?
Eden. When are you guys starting real estate investment in Benin City?
When Benin city people admit its not a city but a village 😝😂
@@tmajecIbadan is the village with brown roof everywhere
How many sqm is the whole estate?
Do you have this kind of affordable property in lagos?
I don't get it, the 3 bedroom is cheaper than the 2 bedroom?
Because the 3 bedrooms are bungalows
City is used so loosely in many African developments
Seriously!! I agree with you 💯.
😂😂😂
Confidence seriously, don't allow me insult you. So you now want igbos to go and start buying property in Ibadan right, the headache they are having in Lagos no concern you shay.
lol
@I-Educate where did she mention igbo in the video?
@@precioussoul07I wonder.... Everything now is about Igbo.
You are a Lunatic
@@precioussoul07 you're a usele$$s illiterat£.. she doesn't need to mention igbo in the video, the fact is she's an igbo girl and they trust her which will move them to want to go buy a property here. Why can't she go to the South East and market any project going on there at least there's a lot I know, like Awka millinium city. So sh#t up cause I know what I'm saying.
